Excellent service, Friendly and efficient.

They were good. Scheduling was fine. They were prompt, they came exactly when they said they would be here, and they took exactly as long as they said it would take. They were proficient, and prompt. The pricing was really good, and they did really well.

The scheduled appointment was actually 3/16 but somehow it wasn't on their books.We rescheduled for the 20th and because of the mixup they wrote a check for me, refunding the entire amount. Instead of keeping keeping the refund we worked out a way for them to use it to do more carpet than originally planned. All was done quickly and professionaly.

Jed called ahead and arrived on time. He was pleasant and very professional. We have 2 large dogs and our carpets are 25years old, so beyond being perfect anymore, but they looked great and more importantly the house smelled great when all was done. Big improvement and we are very satisfied with the result.

It went fine. They came out within a week of purchase. No additional charges. It was a young fellow and he did a nice job. The only problem I had was he left his tracking on our hardwood floor from the wet carpet.

All Star Carpet did a wonderful job on cleaning my carpet. They arrived on time and it went very good. I will use then again in the future.

After showing him the areas he stated that he would have to use a rotor in addition to the portable unit and that it would be an additional cost. he never did say how much, instead he said that he couldnt do it. Either he didnt think I could afford it, or that he was just not in the mood to bring equipment up three flights of stairs? Either way... the smirk didnt help. I understand that these carpets are not in the best shape after 4 years that only speaks to the quality of product that was initially installed. Understanding this, I asked to just run the portable anyway for the surface. He told me to contact Angies List for my refund which I have done.

Great. Showed up on time. Jed was very courteous and professional. Remove some stains I had not got out. Carpet looks great. He explained exactly what he would do and no surprises. I'm recommending the service to my Mom and we will use them again.

Cleaner cleaned carpets and they looked OK, but he showed up a day earlier than we had agreed upon and when he left, for some reason the cleaning fluid set off all of our fire alarms and the fire department showed up. Most unusual experience.

All Star is great! They are professional, efficient, thorough, and he was flexible enough to add on some areas that weren't scheduled. They offer special discounts and send "Thank You for your Business" notes after the work, which equals good business practices in my mind.

A service provider can make or break their reputation on how they resolve an issue and All Star Carpet Cleaning demonstrated integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction in a five star manner! The entire experience was professional from the time I booked the service, to keeping us informed of a slight appointment delay, the technician was thorough and discussed what he was going to do and what chemicals he was using (we have dogs thus very concerned). There was an issue post service that caught us and the owner Dave Norton off guard. The issue was most concerning because we were having the carpets cleaned just before we were to put our house on the market, I was very upset and Dave offered to come to Sammamish to personally review the work. The issue was one Dave had never encountered, we could not determine if the issue was from the service (negligence) or was a latent one that became visible after the service itself. Dave was stumped and while we could not say one way or the other what the cause was he was up front and offered us a partial refund. The courteous manner and integrity he demonstrated, his understanding of my distress, was exemplary, was unexpected - I thought there was going to be protracted issue - I was more than pleasantly surprised, I was grateful. The fact that he wanted to work with us and resolve our concerns was refreshing. He was kind, empathetic, and clearly focused on insuring his customers have a great experience as well as providing a terrific service. I would HIGHLY recommend Dave and his team at All Star Carpet Cleaning!! In fact, i told our realtor he his a 'go to' provider should she have other sellers in need of carpet cleaning. Oh, and we sold our house in five days!!

Dave and Jed are a dynamo team -- they were SO patient, flexible and wonderful to work with!! We had to reschedule multiple times due to some issues with our closing and we are so grateful they were willing to come out in the late afternoon the day we finally got our keys. Dave treated and cleaned the carpets on two levels in just a matter of a couple hours and did a fantastic job. We will definitely have them back to clean our carpets again and will highly recommend All Star to our friends and neighbors!

First of all they showed up precisely on time. This impresses me almost as much as the quality of work as all too often, services do not show up as promised. They added an acid pre-spray at no extra charge (this is usually an extra $50). The cleaning was accomplished quickly, looks great and the technician was very polite and professional. Two men came out to my home to do the job. When they got here, they looked at the area I wanted to have cleaned. The men were very honest about some stains they would not be able to get removed. They could have still charged me and did the work but instead were honest. I would definitely recommend them to others.

This firm is awesome and I will use them again and refer them to others. They were prompt in scheduling the appointment. I had to cancel the first appointment and they were very accommodating in rescheduling at my convenience. The provider came to my home promptly and was even a bit early. He took one look at my furniture and said he couldn't clean it because my furniture couldn't be wet cleaned, had to be dry cleaned. He explained why my furniture had to be dry cleaned. Yet, I had previously hired another company who did clean it and they cleaned it incorrectly resulting in problem areas. The provider explained they are in the process of getting the dry clean equipment and will be testing it before they try it on customer's. I will call them again in several months and reschedule with them to dry clean my furniture. This firm is professional, honest and easy to work with. They won't perform the work if it isn't in the best interest of the customer.

It was fine. I had them do additional areas because there was some deep cleaning in certain spots. I don't feel like they were exemplary but they certainly did an adequate job. They cleaned around my furniture. The pricing was fine.

I thought the carpet had to be taken out because it was so dirty and he cleaned it and it looked like new carpet. He did an excellent job, very efficient, and very polite. I think the whole cleaning took 45 minutes for 3.5 rooms.

Very happy with the results, brought the carpet to life and removed the musty smell from the house.

The service was excellent. Professional cleaning did a lot more than any home cleaning treatment, including a Bissel cleaner and a Shark stain remover. I expected the process to be disruptive since it involved a lot of the carpet we use every day, but it was actually painless.

Kept us waiting beyond the appointment time but called that he is getting late. Upon arrival looked at the work and adding price for the stain removal plus other things went to twice the amount from the price offered through Angie's List. This mean, we cannot trust Angie's list, anymore.

I felt like they were greedy and tried to overcharge me for the work being done. I will not be using them again in the future.

The service went very well. It was wonderful. I am very happy. That was the first time I have used them. They were prompt and efficient. The person did a great job and was in and out of here in a reasonable time. I was pleased because of how they did it that the carpets can sometimes be really wet for a long time and that was not the case with them. So, I was just really pleased. The price was good.

I don't have any complains. They did what was expected.
