Description of Work: Bought a deal for 5 room cleaning. Technician arrived exactly on time. He explained certain shortcomings of cleaning the type of carpet we have. He was able to trade off services that I did not need for pre-treatment and stain removal of areas where pets sleep.Overall job was completed quickly and efficiently. One small problem arose in thata he bumped a shadow box off the wall which broke. Contactedthe owner who immediately agreed to pay for the repair of the shadowbox. Have sent him the invoice for repairs and am awaiting receipt of his check.

Description of Work: They called to let me know they were on their way and they arrived at the agreed upon time. The technician was professional and friendly, and did a great job cleaning my badly stained carpet. I will definitely have them back to clean the upstairs carpet and some furniture. |
