I was able to schedule the installation of the tile during the time period that was the most convenient for me with Expert Construction. Tile was installed in three bathrooms and the main entryway to my home over a 4 day period. Tony and David were always on time, very polite and professional. The floors look awesome and I'm SO pleased with the results and the experience! I'd definitely recommend both 5 Star Flooring and Expert Construction.

We were very pleased with the initial contact we had with 5 Star Flooring when we purchased vinyl for 2 bathrooms in July 2014. It looks great and the work was done professionally and promptly. So we returned when we decided to carpet our upstairs bedrooms. We worked with George at 5 Star and he was very accommodating to our needs which involved rescheduling more than once. The installers moved all the furniture around, fixed the stairs which were (unbeknownst to us) in bad repair in one specific place, returned everything to its original place and left us feeling very satisfied with the experience overall.

It well very well. He found carpet to match the previous style and color. The team who installed the carpet was also very prompt, professional, and courteous.

helped us choose the right laminate flooring to cover old bathroom/laundry room flooring + choosing carpet. these items were going in to a house we're selling, so we wanted middle of the road. felt they were very fair, and overall price compared to Home Depot AND they were able to schedule the work much more quickly.

Eric was great to work with, and actually went out of his way to get us the carpet we wanted, even though they did not carry it in their store. The only issue I had, was that I misunderstood that we were actually working with two companies. One that sells the carpet, and the other that installs it. They work together often, but it was a shock that we had to pay two separate companies. If I would have been told, I would not have minded. The carpet was installed well and looks wonderful.

We needed a carpet runner on our stairs. George came to the house with samples and took measurements. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The installer is separate from 5 Star Flooring and they also did an excellent job with the installation.

They came out very quickly and provided a quote within a day. Had carpet samples and was able to exactly match a carpet we had selected from Home Depot. Home Depot installers would not do the job because it didn't fit their template exactly. The quote was spot on to the quote from Home Depot. The installers came out exactly when they said they would and the install went very quickly. Very professional work. Great communication with phone calls and text messages letting me know exactly what was going on. There is literally nothing to criticize here!

It went very well. They were the cheapest compared to other providers. They called me back and were extremely responsive. I told them what I was looking for and they came out and measured the floor. It was a good experience.

In addition to what I noted above, the floor work was beautifully done. Attention to details was good. The gentleman who did the work was very talented and helpful with all manor of work associated with the job. The work took longer than planned, but was handled well and very timely. The delay was due to the fact that the worse case scenario appeared when the tile and carpets were removed. In the end, the final job was worth any unseen delay.

Eric was wonderful about showing me the best options and explaining how ordering and installation worked. He made sure I had all of the information I needed and set up my contact with the installation contractor. He also took a look at the installation bid prior to sending it to me and advocated on my behalf with the contractor to reduce the price to meet my budget. Sergey, the installation contractor was prompt and even called me from his vacation to set up the installation date. His crew managed to get my flooring installed in just two days. The whole process was a good experience and I've had nothing but compliments on my new floors.

I worked with Eric. He was very helpful in narrowing down an ocean of possibilities to a few that had a good chance of working. He came out to measure and do the estimate, and was clear and precise. All went as expected. We're happy with the new flooring.

Raul and Ricardo just finished installing the carpet on our two story staircase and as before they were very efficient, professional and the quality of their work is excellent. We are very happy with the install, quality of carpet and of course service Eric Britton and the entire Andy?s 5 Star Flooring team. This is the third time we have hired 5 Star Flooring for carpet installation. Every time the knowledge of product, quality of products carried and value are outstanding. A++ I'm very pleased with the work that George from 5 Star Flooring did. George showed up at the scheduled time (9am) and worked hard until 6:20pm removing my old carpet and installing and vacuuming the new carpet. The Carpet looks & feels amazing! We had a wonderful experience with five-star. We looked at multiple carpet suppliers, but we were extremely impressed with five stars knowledge and service. We gave up on Home Depot and their poor service and went to 5 Star after a neighbor recommendation. We were very pleased with their services and cost. The installer was excellent. We just called them this week as our floor in master bath needs replacement.

This company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We honed in on them immediately from an Angie's List search, and settled on them because their prices were in the ballpark and they were the only ones who could work within our narrow window of time. I explained to Eric that we had only one month before we had to move in. He had to complete his work after the painters were done, and before the cleaning crew came in, which all had to be done by the time we needed to move in. 5-Star Flooring agreed to our 2-day window of time, and was incredibly responsive and helpful in guiding us to the right carpet for our needs, while saving us a bit of money by advising us to choose something similar to what we wanted that was actually more durable and looked nicer. We bought carpet to replace the entire 3,600 square feet in our home. When I added vinyl in the laundry room to my order, Eric saved a remnant piece from another job that I really liked, and gave me a great deal on the price. The work was done on time, professionally, and looks great. The team 5-Star sent to do the installation was fast, polite, and clean. They left our home looking beautiful afterward. We had one issue of some carpet coming up off the floor in the section that meets the linoleum in the basement bathroom, but the installer came back immediately when I called, re-stretched the carpet, put down a new metal rod to hold it down, and re-affixed it. No charge. It's been nearly 3 months now, and we're very pleased. Great job, 5-Star Flooring!

Dave at 5 Star helped me with selecting vinyl flooring at the showroom in Bothell. The installer Nick and his assistant, Mike, spent a lot of time removing the old vinyl and leveling the cement surface, which was uneven in the corners. The floor had been replaced once before due to water damage and I noticed later that it had developed lumps in the corners. The old vinyl had turned dark gray around the toilet due to it being installed improperly. There was some discoloration in the cement. I appreciate the extra care and time that Nick took to repair the surface before installing the floor. It looks beautiful and I'm very happy with the result.

George inspected the laminate flooring and gave detailed information on remediation of a poor installation and fixing major problems in that installation. He was prompt, courteous, shared his depth of knowledge and expertise on flooring installation. As a true craftsman of his trade, he pointed out problems we didn't know existed. He wrote a very detailed remediation plan. Absolutely a pleasure to talk with and we learned a great deal about proper flooring installation and finishing work. Amazing!

We purchased 380 sq ft of vinyl planking and installed it ourselves. They located wood transition pieces for around the woodstove tile and doorway that looks beautiful! The planking was not in stock, so they had to order it, but were very responsive, keeping us informed along the way as to progress of the shipment. We will be using them soon for the next phase of our remodel!

George of 5 Star Flooring graciously agreed to come out and evaluate the partial installation. He found that not only had to work not been finished...the work that was done was just plain bad. Our laminate flooring was either tight against the wall (leaving no gap for the fluctuations in expansion and contraction due to the weather. What this means is the floor was buckling.) OR the flooring was cut so short on each end of the floor - the baseboard fell through to the cement floor. The work lacked proper cutting to complete the transition pieces (from room to room), the fireplace cut out was too small and the sliding glass window cut out was uneven. George even questioned whether the cement flooring had been leveled prior to installation. All this led to where we are now 4 months later. This project which started in October, 2013 - with an empty condo - is now being ripped out in total. The cement floor will be leveled, and we start again. We are having to move out, rent storage for our furniture, boxes, everything. And we will have to pay for lodging. We should have gone to 5 Star, where the work would have been done professionally, with craftsman who specialize in flooring, and have years of experience and excellent references to back them up. While very upset about the inferior, partial work with Summit Interiors (and yes, they still have our money) - we are fortunate to have found 5 Star Flooring. THE BEST! Their prices are really reasonable and the installation is really great. I will be using them again in a week.
