Called Andy, he came the next day and gave me estimate and took his time explaining and answering questions, very personable and honest. Was able to install in the same month I ordered carpet, a crew of 3 guys came and did it in 3 hours, amazingly fast and cleaned up nicely. Very happy, would definitely hire again and recommend. (Was about $900 less than a home improvement store's estimate I had received for similar carpet.)

The owner comes out to do the estimate and explains the whole procedure. He takes his time and is not in a big rush. It was good.

Excellent. Andy came in for an in-house consultation toting a huge selection of carpet samples. Was patient and friendly in explaining the differences between different kinds of carpet, wear ratings, and what would work best for our needs. Installers came "early" and finished faster than the estimate. Workmanship was fantastic. Carpet looks and feels wonderful. Love the new look the bullnose stairs gave the staircase. I would highly recommend this company.

Eric Britton, company rep came out right away to measure our house, bring samples, and provide an estimate. Eric dropped by the house the next day with additional samples. A few days later we met at their office to look at more samples. Eric was readily available, answered all of our questions, and promptly updated our estimate after we selected another carpet. He was very helpful in selecting a non-allergenic pad for a sensitive family member. We placed the order and the installation was scheduled less than a week later. Eric arrived the morning of the install to go over the project with the installers. The installers were efficient, polite, and took very good care of our house and furniture. Eric followed up immediately to make sure the install went OK. The installers forgot to install carpet in two very small closets and while we were OK with this, Eric insisted that it be done according to bid. We weren't asked to pay anything until we were completely satisfied.

Everything was excellent. The estimate was made quickly, the work thoroughly explained, along with options and price differences. The work was completed quickly and the finished product looks great. Andy was very customer friendly and helpful on the phone, as was Eric who completed the job. The cost of the project was also very reasonable.

I called Andy Anderson on a Wednesday, got his voice mail saying he was out of town and that I should call George Hellenic. So I called George, told him exactly what he needed, and he called me back within a couple of hours saying he could have installers to my house the very next morning. Three to four installers came on time, did a great job stretching our carpet back into place and finishing off all of the edges, including having to cut the carpet to expose the semi circle-shaped hearth. They did great work, and were extremely fast. George told me it would likely take 1.5-2 hours, and they were done after just one hour.

5 Star Flooring was GREAT. They brought over lots of samples for us to look at and walked us through the process. There were some tricky corners in the room we were having redone. The installers handled it beautifully. They worked very hard, and we were very pleased with the end result.

What a positive experience! Andy came to my house a few days after I called him and talked about what I needed. He brought appropriate samples, took measurements, offered his expert opinion, and provided a detailed estimate at a much lower cost than I expected. I said I wanted to have the work done; he asked when, I jokingly said tomorrow; he seriously said OK. We made the arrangements for the work to be done the next day while I was at work. A couple days later I realized I could have to have my closet carpeted, too. Andy was able to have this work done for me in just a few days. Harry and the installation crew were very professional. Everything was left clean and neat when they finished.

Andy brought out samples to our house which was very convenient. We did the job on 2 different days because we had to move all the furniture. The workers were on time, cleaned after the job and it is perfect. No dings in baseboards or walls. Andy's price was so much better than the store we were able to upgrade to a better carpet. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Andy came to my house with samples and gave me an estimate on the carpet install right then. The turnaround time for the carpet install worked perfectly with my schedule. My new carpets look wonderful. The crew did such a great job that they managed to not damage any of my newly painted baseboards.

They were courteous, quick to respond, & very reasonable in the price to do the job. They phoned ahead 2 times to let us know they were coming & spent a good deal of time to do this small job right. Can't even tell where the carpet had been cut out. Will certainly use them again, & refer them to others in the future.

THE OWNER OF STRETCH CARPETS IS VERY NICE, HELPFUL, HONEST AND ACCOMMODATING. HE BROUGHT SEVERAL SAMPLES TO OUR HOME SO THAT WE COULD SEE WHICH COLOR WOULD LOOK BEST BASED ON LIGHTING, WALL COLOR, ETC. THE INSTALLATION WAS FAST AND EXCELLENT. GREAT COMPANY!
