Unfortunately, the house has settled over the years, and rather than fix the out-of-square frame, the guys simply installed the new piece of glass. Afterwards, they advised me that "it might crack again, because the frame isn't square, but to fix the frame would run into thousands of dollars." The glass cracked again literally two days after they installed the new piece of glass. I just spoke with another handyman, and he is arranging to take the window frame out, fix it so it is as square as possible, then have the glass people CUT THE GLASS so that it fits the window frame. Huh. This will be one days' work, cost me around $400. So I cannot recommend 1st Class Glass, and I will not use them again.

This business was EXTREMELY professional and valued the customer! They did an outstanding job on my replacement windows, thoroughly cleaning tracks, seals around outside windows, and caulked outside to prevent drafts/moisture. I was very impressed with the customer service they provided from the assessment of the job to the finished product. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

At first they started to say they could "re-gas" the windows on site-I said NO, strongly, and suggested they explain why they would recommend it. They said it was an option that was cheaper than replacement. I asked for any guarantee's of how long it would last and they said there is none. We moved along and started to discuss replacement of my waterfront home view large windows and they then went about there business of measuring the windows from outside, they took one trim piece off and put it back on. They said they would contact us by email about the cost of replacement and the timing. They said after 1/2 of cost (deposit) is received, they would order the windows and it would take two weeks (approx.), and they would come and install and we would pay the balance. We are waiting for them to call with an install date. Thanks Mike Moore ps: I am a Real Estate Broker with some knowledge of Double Pane windows and "gas failure". They did not know that.

Sean, the owner of 1st Class Glass, responded same day to my inquiry to replace my cracked windshield on site. He made sure that he had the correct product and quoted me immediately. Price seemed very fair, included an Angies List Discount. Appointment was made for the next day, they called when on their way, and completed the work quickly and correctly in a minimum of time. I am fully satisfied with this transaction and would recommend this business to other members.

tHe called me back right away and was able to come out this Tuesday and measure the window. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable and he was going to see if he could get the replacement that Friday. He called me on later and was able to get the glass for the Friday repair. He came out replaced it and double checked for glass. I really appreciated that he could get it done so quickly.

They took care of everything in our driveway. They’re great. They also looked at double-pane windows.

They were fine. They came out when they said and they put the glass in a way they said they're going to be. I don't have anything bad to say about them and I have no complaints. They did everything what they said they would do and I believe that they were competitive.

Sean and his assistant showed up in time, fixed my windshield quickly and professionally. Great work, very easy and pleasant to deal with. I recommend them without hesitation.

He and his worker were punctual, quick and thorough. They replaced the glass, cleaned up the broken glass, made sure that the window wipers and defroster worked. Oh - and they did it at my home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (other than not having the window break in the first place).

I called them on Wednesday and they were at my house Thursday morning. They were professional and did a great job replacing my car's windshield.

I found this provider on Angie's List and called him to schedule an appointment. I was delighted to find that he worked on Saturdays and would come to my home. I gave him the information he needed to order the windshield and we scheduled an appointment for today. He arrived within the time frame he said he would, was very professional and did a nice job in replacing the windshield. His bill for his services was exactly what he said it would be in our initial phone conversation. I would hire him again, and in fact have. He will be returning within a couple of weeks to replace a window that was broken by a rock in one of our lawn mowing episodes.

We had an excellent service experience today with 1st Class Glass. I submitted an initial inquiry through Angie's List yesterday and had a response back from Sean right away. We went back and forth a couple times to coordinate an appointment time and they were able to get me on the books today! They provided mobile service at my home, which was very convenient and they were even able to arrive ahead of schedule, which has freed up my evening - a real bonus. They did a great job on the windshield. Unless you are looking very close, you'd never know where the chip had been. Super nice folks to work with, and additionally found out they offer a full range of services which I'm sure we will be leveraging in the future. I would definitely recommend 1st Class Glass and will not hesitate to call on them again in the future.

Sean was very helpful, form my initial call to completing the job. He has a mobile service and came to my home on a Saturday morning to replace my windshield. He was polite and punctual, and a nice guy, cares a lot about his work and customer satisfaction. I would recommend 1st Class Glass for car or home glass repair and replacement.

They were good and did a good job. They showed up and the price was good. They are probably a smaller company that seems to care about what they are doing.

They came out, were very nice and knowledgable and gave us a free estimate to replace windows on our house. They had the best price and we had them go ahead and replace thewindows.. We strongly recommend them. They had a good work ethic and seemed to actually be honest and have integrity! This seems to be impossoble to find these days but we DID and we couldn't be more thrilled!

I would recommend 1st Class Glass to anyone who needs glass service. They not only do autos but also any type of glass problem in and around the house including mirrors. On my particular problem I called them up to repair my sons back glass on his car. When they arrived for the repair the first time I had actually given them the wrong year for the car. 1st Class Glass handled this very professionally even though i cost them a service call that they could have charged me for. After that they had a hard time finding the glass for my car, it took two days but they kept at it. In all instances when they said they would call back and the times they said they would be at my house, they were within minutes of that given time. These guys are a small company but perform way better than some of the highly advertised companies out there that I have had some issues with.. If you need glass work done , I can't recommend 1st Class Glass high enough. This company was terrific to work with in all aspects with 100% satisfaction. In my opinion they are the best i have come across, I wish all business's took care of the customer like 1st Class Glass took care of me.

When I had my windshield replaced 14 months ago, 1st Class Glass came to the office to do it and they were on time and charged less than other companies. Last week the molding at the top of the windshield came loose and they just came out and reattached it for no charge. I didn't expect that since it had been quite a while since I had the work done.
