Description of Work: 1st Class Glass replaced a large, broken window pane in a 47 year-old building. The single pane of glass was 10 ft. wide; thus not easily available. Sean found one from Canada and had it shipped down. At first, the price seemed high, but after getting alternate bids from other window repair companies, the price by 1st Class Glass was fair. Installation went smooth, and it looks perfect.

Description of Work: Good Professional. |Very hard to contact. Did not return calls in a timely fashion. We didn't know if they were going to accept our business or not. I attempted to use them again, but, they did not return my call. |Unfortunately, I will not use them again. They did very good work, but, it was very tiresome waiting for callbacks.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List deal for 3 Energy Star windows to be installed. They came out, made the measurements, had the windows fabricated, and came out again to finish the installation. It was a great experience from beginning to end, and the new windows are clearly superior to the old ones. We're obviously pleased about that. We'll be calling on these guys again in the future as little projects crop up.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List Deal online for a new energy efficient sliding glass door. This was a fantastic deal for the price - a new Energy Star rated, low-E patio door, including installation, for only $899 - including labor. The only downside was the order (after measurements were taken) took about three weeks' time. After the door arrived from the factory, Sean and his team were timely and efficient in getting the door installed in my home. Very satisfied with this purchase and vendor. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Sean and his associate replaced my '94 Volvo's windshield at my house. It took just under an hour and half. Sean was happy to answer any of my questions and advised me of all the safety precautions about letting the windshield set before I drove the car. Overall: professional and friendly.
