Everything went well, chimney was cleaned, happy home owner!

They inspected the unit and cleaned chimney. Unlike other places that try to upsell they were honest that the system was in good working order.

My daughter was actually the one who was there when the services were completed. My daughter said that the guy showed up on time. He did a good job and then cleaned up afterward. I'm pleased with how nice the fireplace looks. I don't think I've ever seen it that clean. They removed all of the ash from underneath the fireplace as well.

Great! Done in a timely and professional manner. Cleaned up before he left and I am very pleased.

They did a fantastic job on the cleaning, almost looks brand new. The inspection was very thorough and uncovered a few issues that need addressing. I was very impressed with the job considering the cost of service. I will definitely use again in the future.

Repair- the new masonry is uneven and already cracking. Second chimney cap didn't match the first one but it doesn't matter now- the original was damaged when the second was placed and later blew off the roof- fortunately this did not hurt anyone or cause any other damage. The chimney cleaning was also subpar- cleaning the fireplace and then blowing air down the chimney flue is simply not an effective way of cleaning soot. I do not have any recommendations for other chimney repair/cleaning companies but would definitely not hire this one again.

I cannot say enough about the service provided by this company. He was a tad late but let me know the ETA and it was no big deal...he was busy...super professional, quick, meticulous, more than expected to be honest and I have already recommended around the neighborhood.

It took them over a month to finally do their job and not sure if they did it much. First two time guys came in with no necessary tools or long enough ladder. If I would not call back to reschedule it, they would not even bother to call me back.
