It went great, they were prompt, professional and very thorough at a very reasonable price. They explained what they were going to do and made sure there was no mess in the living room when they were done. They also identified some issues which I had them come back and fix. They did an awesome job throughout.

A young assistant did all the work, which seemed to consist of vacuuming the area and shining a flashlight up the chimney. We hadn't had any work done on the 2 fireplaces in over 7 years and we use both of them almost daily in the late Fall and all Winter. I was, therefore, surprised that they only spent 1/2 hour total to do both jobs. They told me that the only thing they found in the chimneys were some cobwebs.

Excellent. Called before showing. courteous, removed shoes WITHOUT ASKING. Cleaned up after themselves. Can't complain and will hire again.

Scheduled to time to meet was December 6 between one and four . Nobody showed up and nobody called . After I called pro services they offered to reschedule a week later . I told them that would be unacceptable and so they rescheduled for the next day between one and four . Two young men arrived at the door and proceeded to clean out the woodstove and the chimney through the wood stove access. I had mentioned to them that I needed a rooftop inspection as rain was getting into the pipe . They only got up on the roof when they realized that eventually the wire brush was going to poke the cap off ( which of course it did). In the end I did end up with a clean wood stove but never felt that we got much of an inspection and this was an important part of the service I expected. After writing the check they left without informing me concerning the results of an inspection . I only paid $50 and probably got what I paid for . I would not consider using their service in the future .

After the initial miscommunication that occurred between the time I purchased the promotion from AngiesList and the initial contact from the provider (they had a computer issue where they didn't know who bought what) - things were finally sorted out and Puget Sound Pro Services showed up at the scheduled time and did a great job cleaning my fireplace and chimney. They were very professional, careful to keep the work space clean and friendly and courteous. They showed me the build-up of creosote that came out of the chimney pipe, educated me briefly on the suggested/recommended frequency of cleaning and inspection and were down the road. I'm happy that they followed up on their commitment and they performed the task wonderfully. I will use them again down the road and I would also recommend them to others.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME AND hire a different company. Fireplace needed a new damper and some spots inside firebox repaired. Appointment scheduled and confirmed and no one showed up. I took the day off of work, called and left multiple voice mails to 3 separate numbers, someone called in the late afternoon and said she didn't know what was going on and she would look into it and get back to me. Never called back. Next day, someone arrives without notice, I only have 2.5 hours available before work, he did half the job and said he would be back the next day. Next day comes and he arrives late and doesn't have time to finish so says he'll come back tomorrow. He arrives the following day to finish the job. Work is good, the guy was nice, but it took 4 days for something they said would take 2-3 hours. I lost money by taking a day off of work just to sit here waiting all day for nothing. I asked for a discount and explained what happened and Rick took off $31. What a joke.

Very professional and friendly workers. They arrived a little outside of the scheduled arrival time. But once they arrived, they started working right away. Will be using them again next year.

Everything went well. After the sweep, the crew recommended some repairs, which we were anticipating. They were able to come back within a week to complete the acid wash and chimney cap. All of which will help our new home last longer.

We had used Puget Sound Pro Services in the past when we purchased a chimney sweeping service through Groupon. We were very happy with the service they provided then, so when we needed the service again we called them. Because we were a repeat customer, they gave us a discount on the service. The two service people, Bruce and Cody, arrived at the scheduled time. They were polite and professional, and did a great job. They inspected the chimney and found some damage to the crown and bricks that needs attention. I asked for a quote to repair both of our chimneys. They gave us a quote that was very reasonable, and we are scheduling the work to be done by them.
