Very well. After the inspection they provided an estimate for repairs to the chimney, which I accepted. The repairs were professional and timely. The costs were reasonable, $89.00 plus tax for clean and inspect, $459.00 plus tax for repairs.

I originally hired Puget Sound Pros to repair my chimney flashing and crown. The flashing was caulked on, instead of mortared into the chimney. I complained but was harassed for payment and told the flashing was installed correctly. A year later there was water leaking into my attic. They came to repair it and the leaking increased. They've now been back to repair it again but I have little faith it was done properly and will likely just pay another company to re-do it. It also looks terrible.

This company took nearly two weeks to respond to my request for information. By then, I'd hired another provider and the work had been completed.

I fellow is actually an owner which was a nice touch so I knew we would get a good job.

We were surprised to know that we needed to have a deep clean. There was damage that we were not aware of. The worker was very patient in explaining why the job was more expensive that what was quoted. As far as we can tell, he did a good job.

I was pleased with the initial visit and the technicians that came out. I was disappointed when nobody followed up with the second visit for an installation. I had to call and ask why we hadn't heard anything. So, it started off well. On the bright-side, we haven't had any problems since then.

I am revising my review from yesterday which I left when it did I not appear the would show up. A week earlier they cancelled my first appointment but had called an hour ahead to .let me know and rescheduled for a week later at same time...11:00AM -1:00PM. Second appointment they were 2 hours late...no call to let me know. I called their office to find out if anyone was still coming and got Their voicemail but no one called back so after two hours I assumed they were not coming. When they did show up the young man did a good job cleaning stove and chiminey. I think they probably provide quality services but definitely need better communication.

Came for the job between the designated time. Called to give an approximate time of arrival. Kept worksite clean and provided constructive feedback on state of chimney and recommended products. Friendly staff. Able to schedule without waiting weeks for an appointment. Rehired for same services. Will continue this service with them annually.

Prompt. Took care in house while cleaning.

Great. Guts showed up on time, promptly completed work.

They swept with a brush on a tube attached to a drill kind of contraption. Lots of soot came out so all good I guess!

Not Good. I have had this service done in the past and this time they did not even clean out the stove pipe from my stove to the exterior wall of the house. Which was always done in my previous services. Ina addition they broke my chimney clean out (broke off the handle) and said they would come back to fix it but have never returned.

These guys are great we hired them two times. They do fantastic work.

1. We had rescheduled with their office, but the contractor still showed up on the original date - lucky to find us at home. 2. He left soot marks from a dirty hand on a couple of walls and next to the front door on the way out. Sooty hands shouldn’t touch anything! Other than that, work seemed fine.

To me it is hard to write a negative review without sounding complaining and yet I feel I must write one for this company. I had such a great experience the first time they came out and cleaned my chimney that when I needed more work I called them. The work seemed simple, clean out the old rusted out damper and cap the fireplace and furnace chimney. In the process, the worker suggested I replace the chimney flashing as well. Since this was a new home to us we figured do it all and do it right so we agreed. Even though there was new a cap on the chimney, I noticed water coming down the chimney and soaking the wood that was in the fireplace. We didn’t notice the other leaks until it had soaked through the sheet rock in the garage. I called and was told it would be taken care of and that someone would be out Monday (we were leaving on vacation Tuesday). Having to wait a few days with rain pouring down I went down to the hardware store, got some patch goo and did my best in the rain to patch what holes I saw. Monday came and went and my calls went to voicemail. When I finally got a return call, I asked that since we were not there to be called so I could explain what I saw. Didn’t happen. Someone did come out. Leak not fixed. More calls, more voicemails, more time off work to meet with the fellow who would definitely fix it right. He at least realized the cap was missing a gasket which explained why the some of the water was getting in. He “fixed” the flashing. More leaks, more voicemails, more time off work when someone new comes out to fix it for sure this time. He tries and does not succeed. Long story shortened a third fellow comes out, redoes the whole thing, replaces the damaged sheet rock and we agree that the leaks that remain are my responsibility. I get that some jobs go bad. This one went epically bad. Work aside, I did not feel the company responded in a professional manner. There are some nice people that work here but I don’t want nice when my house is being damaged. I want results. Swing and a miss. I regret having hired them.

The job went well. The tech was nice and courteous and punctual. My only comment is he should have wiped up the soot left on my white hearth after the cleaning but that is very minor.

Great. Randy was very punctual, and professional. He took pictures of the top of the chimney while he was on the roof to show us the condition of it and to explain what he did. He cleaned up everything when done and the fireplace looked great.

I purchased a coupon and a few hours later, the company reached out to schedule the appointment. They were prompt, clean and efficient. I would hire them again.

The arrived on time and immediately got to work cleaning chimney. They did a great job sweeping from roof top while second individual clean fireplace. I would definitely recommend.

We highly recommend this company & it’s team. Bruce was punctual, professional, helpful and did what was needed. Grateful. Much continuous & well deserved success to each of you.

The gentleman were on time, very friendly and very informative as this was my first fireplace insert.
