Very well, The person that was sent out was very professional and was able to do the entire job from inside the house so there was no need to go on the roof. He kept the work area clean and explained what he was going to do, and then explained what he did. The flue now works correctly and I am enjoying my fireplace again.

Billy and Tracy were friendly fast and fun to talk with. They were here for less than an hour, made sure everything was left clean and how I like it, and did not try to sell me other services. I will so call them again! Responsiveness 'B' was only due to no return call from the office when I called to confirm they were still coming. A very minor thing.

Bought a deal through Angie's list. I waited for them to call and schedule when they didn't I called them. Unfortunately they were booked out for over a month. Once they got here i was glad we waited they were great. Our fireplace is sparkling when they left. Were very knowledgeable and professional.

I'm generally a very optimistic person & would rather see a glass half full rather than half empty. Unfortunately, this did NOT go very well at all. A lack of availability &/or urgency to set the appointment after purchase required multiple attempts. An appointment was eventually set for 11am-1pm. At 1130, I called to inquire whereabouts & went straight to voice mail. I received a return call back at 1:05 pm (90 minutes later!) confirming the appointment they were already AT LEAST 5 minutes late for (& 2+ hours of my waiting), claiming they "were close". I seriously considered telling them "don't bother, send me a refund" & probably should have. They finally arrived @ 1:40pm, causing me some major concern because I had to leave by 3. The lack of uniforms for the 2 workers appeared EXTREMELY unprofessional! They were wearing their own personal, disheveled, dirty work clothes (sweats, tennis shoes, Raiders cap, flannel shirt, etc), no coveralls. NO typical service uniform you should or would expect when having someone in your house. Very little if ANY company representation caused concern. No advertising name, number, logo on the truck whatsoever, nor displayed name tags or company ID/logos noticeable for the employees. My impression is they were "hired" from Labor Ready that morning! To their credit, the 2 guys worked hard & were pleasantly courteous for the 35 minutes they were present, but not "groomed" for any "professional business" whatsoever. I can't help but question whether they've had ANY QUALIFIED training or experience for this field! I'd be shocked if they were licensed & bonded which they should be, otherwise ALL liability is on the homeowner from potential falls crawling up on the roof. Any perceived or needed repairs they may have suggested in my opinion would have been "questionably fixed" (IF able) AT BEST. This situation (in my opinion) would have seriously caused GENUINE CONCERN for ANY reasonably safety conscious woman home by themselves! I do NOT expect to use this company's service again, nor for them to be in business much longer. I'm considering the need to hire another contractor to "officially inspect" the work performed to ensure I was not misled. It's true...."YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!" VERY disappointed Angie's List would allow this company to advertise on their website referral service!

They did a great job and notified me of a potential problem I would never have known about.

The two men were respectful of our home, inside and out. They were friendly and made sure our two cats didn't get out the door.

I had scheduling trouble. I had scheduled with them twice and they never showed up. We never received any phone calls. We asked for a refund and decided not to follow through because it was hard to get an appointment.

They called to say when they would arrive, showed up on time, were quick, thorough, professional and pleasant.

The cleaning itself went well, and the guys seemed to care but... - They were 2 hours late. They called me after being 45 minutes late and told me they were 10 minutes away. - They left my living room dirty

I added on cool ducts. He also cleaned my furnaces and dryer vent. He was very efficient and a good worker. He was also very considerate and cared about customer service. He was very helpful and respected that I just had my hardwood done therefore he made sure he constantly took his shoes off. I will be working with him again in the future.

It went super. My house hasn't been this warm in 20 years. I can't believe how much dust and stuff came out of my vents. A must do with these guys is the dryer vent cleaning. I thought I been cleaning my dryer vent the right way for my whole life tell I had PSPS come over and do it. I still can't believe how much lint and dust came out of what I thought was a clean vent. Well well worth the money, I'll be seeing them next time I have something go wrong with the heating .

They were running a little later then they said they were going show up, other then that it was very professional. Very honest people working here, they were suppose to do a total rebuild on my chimney but after they showed up I found out I just need replace the flashing. They saved me over 500$ but letting me know and not just doing the work. They were very fast and the chimney looks great. The were polite and considerate about the mess they made and they cleaned up very well once they were done. I hiring these guys for any other work I need done that they are willing to do.

Pungent Sound Pro Services did an amazing job. They were very specific on pricing and what services they were going to provide. They showed me why the furnace needed to be cleaned as well as the return vents. All three were very professional and polite. I will be using them again in the near future for other services. I highly recommend them.

They were Very Knowledgeable about their business, did not try to sell us anything, like most do, they showed us what we could do to help better heat our home, and how to save on dryer vents. Very courteous, they had booties on when coming in and out of our home. They cleaned up everything, and made sure that the furnace and ducts were all working like they should before leaving... Thank you guys... I will be using you again and again in the future....

I feel like this was a bait and switch. ?I got a Groupon for air duct cleaning. In the Groupon it states "$35 for air-duct cleaning for unlimited vents and one dryer vent up to 5 feet, plus a furnace inspection." ?It goes on to say "?Our technicians will thoroughly clean the vent system, inspect your furnace, and clean your filters"? It doesn't say anywhere that this doesn't cover the return ducts. ?To me "vent system" is the complete air circulation system, both vent and return. ? Now maybe a licensed HVAC professional would make that distinction between a vent and a return but a normal homeowner would probably not read their offer and think to themselves "Well that's only cleaning for the vents, I'm sure there's an huge extra charge for the returns" ? Long story short they came out while I was at work and when I got home my wife told me they charged her about $200 to clean the returns since those weren't covered by their original offer! Did they do a good job on the vents? ?Who knows, I don't have a camera that I can snake into the vents to see if they're clean.

Purchased on a Groupon to have these guys come and check out our chimney and clean it. They did a thorough job and were very professional. Not much else to say here as the job was limited in scope. They also do other stuff like duct cleaning, etc, but their prices were $$ more than competitors.
