Puget Sound Pro Chimney Services

I hired them based on one of the $79 deals for whole house air duct cleaning (I live in a small 2 bed 2 bath condo). They arrive and tell me I need the "whole house cleaning deal" because they found some dry wall in my furnace. They upcharge me another $530. They do the cleaning, no video to show me before/after. The guy who was in charge of cleaning the ducts after negative air machine was plugged in basically went to each vent and sprayed compressed air in for about 2 seconds flat (no brushes or anything to make sure anything caked on the sides would get sucked up). They also provided me an electro static lifetime filter. It arrived and didn't even fit. I've contacted them MULTIPLE times trying to get a replacement for that filter and they have never responded. I got ripped off. Do not use them. I may be new here but I've been on Yelp for over 10 years and I got ripped off.

Great service. The man who performed the service worked hard and diligently to get the job done well, and within a reasonable time frame. Very pleased! The cost was about $75 with tax, but these guys deserve a good tip!

They were late for the appointment which was an hour window. Once they arrived they got right to work and finished in a timely manner.

Billy, the technician, was everything I could hope for. He was communicative, punctual, respectful yet personable, professional, and focused on getting the work done. He kept the work area tidy. He suggested we have a quality chimney cap installed, which is definitely a good idea. The price he quoted was reasonable. The only negative detail of my experience was with scheduling. Upon purchasing the Angie's List deal, I was given the opportunity to propose three preferred dates and times for the work. I was contacted via email the day after I purchased the deal and found that the dates I requested were not available. I don't know if this is a problem with Angie's List or Puget Sound Pro Services, but it is something that needs fixing because it generates disappointed expectations for the clients. Further, it took several emails to finally lock in the appointment, which was scheduled for about a week after my original preferred dates.

They were great. Purchased the coupon late Friday night and had them come the very next day!

The chimneys have not been cleaned the whole time I have had the house (19 years). I asked tech how bad (dirty) were they. They were the top three dirtiest he has ever cleaned. I was pleased because when he left there was nothing left behind but 3 clean fireplaces.

This company is very professional. Matt, the technician was friendly, prompt and responsive to my needs for air duct cleaning. When I expressed concern over residual dust after air duct cleaning, Matt came back out and rechecked the furnace and cleaned my filters, and installed the electostatic air filter that my handy man could not install. The company manager called me to be sure that I was satisfied with their work. Matt even crawled under my deck to be sure that my dryer vent was working properly. I would highly recommend this company and would give them an A+ rating for custormer service.

Great care was taken to the cleaning of our chimney. A tarp laid out so our living room stayed clean while they vacuumed and cleaned the chimney. Very nice staff as well. I will use them again when I need to.

The Tech was very professional, cleaned up after the sweep. Fireplace looked better than when I moved into the house. Chimney cap cost was reasonable and installed quickly. Was a great experience only reason I gave them a B is that I had to wait quite awhile for them to contact me and had to contact Angie's List.
