Description of Work: I had them out to sweep the chimney. Upon inspection he found a few problems that were just starting but in a year or two would be a big issue. He took pictures to show me. He then said that only one out of the three flues needed cleaning so when he was done I booked him to do the acid wash and repair. He figured it would be a few weeks before he could get it done. I told him that they would be out here the following week because I hired him to inspect my furnace and clean my vents. He laughed and said he would rewrite the estimate for the chimney fix. He was out the next morning to fix the chimney. He had a cancellation so he called me and asked if I would like him to fill that spot with my repair work. Great people from the receptionist on.
