Description of Work: Cesar and his crew installed new Hardi-plank siding and substrate, and painted all newly installed materials. I had a concern with the painting coverage and the way one trim piece was installed. Cesar was prompt in resolving the issue, and corrected it to my satisfaction. My reason for dropping from an A to a B is based on having to point out what I felt to be pretty basic issues. Professionalism B is based on the level of clean up - excellent when Cesar is around, a bit less so when he was not.

Description of Work: We started by signing up for their $349 special to remove popcorn ceiling from 3 rooms and ended up having them do the whole house including high cathedral ceilings in the living room.

Description of Work: I bought a special for an exterior whole house painting, but because the existing paint had lead, the special price did not cover the cost. The preparation was quick, and there were some unexplained delays in the finishing of painting once it started, but all in all, I am satisfied with the work. When some paint blistered, the sections were re-done nicely and without further charge.

Description of Work: I did not utilize the service after all (removal of popcorn ceiling) but prompt efficient effort to help get a schedule for me.

Description of Work: NOTHING!!! I called and talked to Cesar he stated that he was on a roof at the time and that if I texted him my address and phone number he would come by that evening to give me a bid on painting my houses. He did not show and did not call. Poor service in my book.

Description of Work: 2 workers from Cesar's arrived on time as scheduled to perform the wood rot restoration. However after looking at the project, they determined that completing the work was beyond their comfort level. The wood rot was towards the top of a chimney. After reviewing the project and where the wood rot was, they made the decision that they did not have all of the correct safety gear that would allow them to climb the roof and safely work on the chimney. I certainly understand their concerns and don't blame them. I know they made an effort to make it work. I am willing to make a payment of $50 towards their travel time and the 1/2 hour of time that they spent trying to find a way to do the wood restoration. But in the end, the work was not done.

Description of Work: thry came in to originally scrape the 100sq ft i had them do 2 more rooms they also primed and painted and did an amazing job cleaning up as well |I will use them again...

Description of Work: Great paint job. Some wood rot was found on some old T111 siding. If I would have had more time I would have hired a carpenter but had these guys fix it. It came out ok, painting is their forte and we liked the paint job.
