Caesar had to compete with 3 other bids that I got for painting the exterior of my house, and his was bid one of the lowest. The reason I chose him was because of his professionalism. He returned calls or just answered his phone when it rang, he was on time for his bid, he did a VERY detailed walk through for the bid to address specific issues and his written bid was very detailed and descriptive of exactly what I could be expecting, AND he was just pleasant to work with. First I had him do the exterior, and his crew did a great job. No issues with overspray or paint on my plants, which I've had in the past with others. The house looks amazing. Then when the tennants moved out I decided to get the inside painted, and asked Caesar to help me. He was able to squeeze me into his tight schedule because he knew I needed to have it done quickly to get the home on the market ASAP. And then he did an AMAZING job inside. He ran into some issues with paint not sticking because of oils on the wall, and he resolved it (tried a couple different primers) without adding on $$ to my bill. Working with Caesar was a great experience. I was not in the same city as the house being painted, so he sent me pictures and video of the work for updates. He has been a godsend for this out-of-town property owner, he really earned my trust! I CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH! Thank you, Caesar!

The repair of the dry rot near my deck was done well. They were able to remove the dry rot and replace the siding and the trim outside the kitchen near my deck. The repair went well and I was satisfied with how it looked. Cesar also replaced some old siding on the South side of my house and painted over the new siding and along the area where the dry rot had been replaced. He also stained the front door of my house. The siding and dry rot repair was done well and I was satisfied with it. The paint that he used did not adhere well to the new siding and I had to have Cesar and his crew come out and repaint it some months later. I also had the front door re-stained because the color was too dark. I could tell he was less than happy to come out but he came out and did the rework without any problems and he also re-stained the front door that I was not happy with. The work looked better after he had repainted the siding and re-stained the front door. This was all covered under his warranty that he honored. I would use Cesar and his crew again. He's generally OK to work with and takes requests well although his paint crew can be difficult to work with when asking for areas to be retouched. They'll still do it though.

We had Cesar and his crew paint the exterior of our 1950s home, a detached shed, and a cedar fence and we are so happy with the results! The crew did a fantastic job prepping and priming the siding which was particularly important since we have an older home and were meticulous with the painting and clean-up. It was clear that the crew takes pride in their work and we will gladly work with them again. Highly recommend.

Anyone can paint, but it takes skill and patience to get it right. Cesar was able to transform the inside of my house. The previous home owners did their best to cover up. Cesar is able to spot flaws immediately when walking into a room, a lot of stuff I didn't even notice myself. The finished product is amazing. Removing all those little flaws really changes the feel of the room. I can't imagine the amount of time and aggravation I'd go through trying to replicate his work. Pricing was very fair, and my expectations were exceed. Cesar and crew were all super professional, had great communication throughout the project, were always happy/cheerful, and were always punctual. I'm sure there are lots of great painters out there, but I think you'd be missing out if you didn't at least have him out to take a look at your project. I'm writing this review because I feel like there are too many lazy people out there doing just enough to get the job done. I like to see those that put out the effort get rewarded for it. I had to redo the floors. Too much movement

Hired Cesar and his crew for the second time. Both experiences went very well. Cesar is very professional and finished the project on time an on budget. I highly recommend Cesar and his team.

Very professional, very prompt and efficient. We had our original floor people say they could not even start the job and Cesar and his crew came to save us. I could not be more thankful for the quality of work and the amount of time spent in our home. You can truly tell these guys take pride in all the work they do wether big or small. Cesar is very informative about every step of the way. Our floors needed work and we knew this but we literally did not know how big of an issue it was until they pulled up the carpet. Cesar was able to take care of all the repairs that were unexpected and able to finish a month early. Cesar and crew book up fast, so if you need a repair call now!

We were really pleased with the work and the helpfulness of Ceasar.He pointed out some areas of rotten wood under the siding where an addition had been added using untreated wood.He quickly resolved the issue, and we are very happy with the results.

425 SQUARE FOOT DECK - NO CONTACT FROM THIS COMPANY

I have old split entry house, I got 3-4 quotes from other companies. Cesar was very competitive, so decided to hire him for the job. He is very punctual, and the quality of work is excellent. He was available whenever I wanted to talk to him. In fact, for most of the time, I was not even present to monitor. We had wasps nest at couple of places, he was very accommodating and did finish his job in given timeframe. I would highly recommend Cesar.

We opted to postpone doing the work until after siding issues have been addressed.

Cesar and his team did an excellent job and completely transformed the look and feel of our house. We have received several complements from our neighbors and our house looks fabulous from the street. Cesar's team paid attention to every little detail and were very professional in their work. I was unfortunately out of town on a business trip for the first few days of the job and was nervous about not being able to inspect their work. Cesar sent me pictures of the work every day and communicated extremely well. They came on time each morning and often stayed late into the evenings to finish the days work. The job site was kept clean and they stored all their equipment neatly in the backyard before wrapping up for the day. They spent a good amount of time doing the prep work making sure the surfaces are clean and ready to take paint (which is the most important part of the painting process). Some sections of the siding had rot and cracks which they were able to repair well. I was really impressed when they stayed back on the last day of the job to replace the frame and trim on one of my windows which was damaged due to rot. It was a difficult job and risky since it was a 10'x5' glass that could shatter and cause injury They were extremely careful and replaced the rotten wood and put a new trim in place. Anyone else would have just left it as is or charged me a fortune for fixing it. If you are planning to paint your house, I highly recommend hiring Cesar's team. They are honest, hardworking and really good at what they do, plus they are affordable. We are planning to finish our basement later this year and will be working with Cesar once again. Cesar made the experience of choosing the right shade of body and trim colors a pleasant one. Did all the legwork for us and was very patience with helpful knowledgeable suggestions. Cesar and the Painters did a professional, thorough job from start to finish. I asked three companies for bids. Cesar came to my house within a day and sent an estimate within 24 hours. Once I accepted his reasonable bid, he was here every day with another worker. Cesar was always on time. When he had to leave (for supplies, lunch, etc), he told me. We had some unexpected rotten wood that had to be replaced, and he was able to do that work. Other paint companies said they would not do any kind of “construction”. After the work was finished, Cesar cleaned up our yard and driveway. I would highly recommend him.

They came on time to the estimate meeting and provided an estimate on the spot. We hired them, they came to paint on time and ready to go. They painted what they said they would in the time frame agreed on. They did a good job for a reasonable price. I would use them again. $4000
