Description of Work: They removed popcorn ceiling for entire first floor, textured and painted. They also painted an accent wall. Some of the texturizing and painting had to be redone but they fixed all issues in a timely manner. Cesar is very good to work with and wants to provide quality service and please the customer. We still have second floor ceilings with popcorn texture and we will hire Cesar again.

Description of Work: Removed popcorn ceiling. Clean-up was mediocre at best. Not careful with light fixtures or wall paint. Read the small print carefully.

Description of Work: They did great, the original contact was mid Oct and we finally scheduled for the week of Thanksgiving. Both parties busy. I contacted Cesar a couple days prior to scheduled date and he called back to confirm. Painters arrived right on time. They did a great job of masking, this protected the carpet, woodwork and tile floor. They completed the 2 story entry way and the ceiling of the next room. They left the masking in the second room so we could finish the job. Carlos was very nice and kept the other painter going. I am happy with the finished product and service.

Description of Work: Bought an Angie's list deal to remove popcorn ceiling. Had Cesar quote additional removal above the cost of the deal for extra rooms. His pricing was fair. Then had Cesar quote painting the textured ceiling and walls of the rooms involved. His price was fair. He gave a good recommendation on the paint to be used. He quoted 3 days to do the popcorn removal and texturing. Actually he and his crew did the removal,texturing and painting in two days. They were pleasant, cleaned up after the jobs, and helped move furniture back into the rooms. Cesar took time to understand my job wishes and fulfilled them in a professional manner.

Description of Work: Made arrangements for the provider to do work. They no called, no showed. I called twice, and they did not responde back to me.

Description of Work: They scraped the popcorn ceilings and refinished with orange peel texture. They then repaired the gouges, primed and painted the ceilings. They covered they rooms in plastic, even with that done it is an extremely messy job. They did a pretty good job cleaning up.

Description of Work: We carefully went over the proposal provided by Cesar for painting at our home at 5216 108th St Lakewood which is a floor to ceiling Clinker Brick structure with paintable surfaces under 900 square feet. The advertised special through Angie's List sounded excellent... however the overrun estimate was more than $1600.plus, above the deal that we purchased and this did not yet include the sales tax:[ Since we have had other bids we are aware that the coupon deal is not even close to the 52% off as advertised and all other bids have included the detached garage. We were going to be charged "extra footage for the sofitt roof lines and all paintable surfaces=$256; extra scrape and primer evolve promotion=$200.materials:tape,plastic,primer,sundries and all paint=$150. extra detached garage=$999." We were impressed with Cesar's professionalism, reviews and punctuality. We are sorry that this deal will not meet our expectations and needs. Please refund our money as soon as possible. Thank You.

Description of Work: The job included painting the exterior of my house and garage, with soffits. After a rain delay, Cesar worked through the weekend to complete the job. I was very pleased with the quality and speed of the total job. Communication was excellent. |I plan on using Cesar again and will recommend him to friends.

Description of Work: Cesar and the Painters painted 2 sides of my two story home. I used and Angie's list Big Deal for $1,299 for 1600 sq feet and made arrangement for the remaing feet to be done for $750. The final price reflects tax. I provided the paint. | |Cesar's crew worked very hard stripping, scraping, priming and painting my house. There had been extensive damage due to years of neglect and I wasn't expecting such care for a coupon deal. They also recaulked the windows and hand painted the gutters and trim. Cesar arrived about 1/2 way thru to oversee and finish up the work which I appreciate, as often you won't even see the contractor during the actual work, but only the crew. | |They did a really great job and I am very pleased with the result.
