I was very pleased that they got to the job earlier than they had scheduled and finished it in a timely manner so that I could close on the house. Replacing the roof was a condition of our RE agreement, and the price is approximate because the seller paid for the roof (~$9,000) and I paid for some options--replacing the skylights, a ridge-vent system, and upgraded shingles, for ~$2,300.

Job went very well. The crew got the old roof off in a single day and laid the roofing felt that day as well. Installation of the rest of the roof occurred over the next week or so, using a smaller crew of workers. The finished roof looks great, and appears to keep the rain out (we haven't had a really severe rain since completion of the job). I was impressed with the care the crew took to clean up, not just at the end of the project, but every day. No nails or similar tire-hazards left in the driveway or around the house! Until the job was finished, if there was any threat of rain at the end of the day, the "open" areas were effectively covered with tarps to prevent leakage. Prior to having this job done I had been having Western Roofing inspect and moss-protect the roof annually. They were reliable in this work, and did not suggest roof replacement until it obviously was time for it. Their integrity seems obvious and is a real plus. I note that some people have rated Western Roofing at "B" for price, and I suspect that their price is slightly higher than some of their competitors. But their quality is unsurpassed, and one gets what one pays for. If there is a problem with this new roof (which would surprise me) I know they will fix it quickly and cheerfully. I recommend this firm highly.

Tim was very easy to work with for the estimate and final contract. The work crew was very friendly. They did good work. They cleaned up thoroughly. I found only four roofing nails on the ground after they were done.

They did an excellent job. They were in and out. They did the job. They were clean. There were no messes when they were done. I got up and talk to them on the roof, and it was all good. Their price was in the ball park. They were right there as soon as it quit raining.

Total price was approx. $900 more than estimate do to extra work required, which wasn't communicated. I would use them again.

Service technicians were prompt and courteous. The replacement and install took about twenty minutes. Because I live on Lummi Island they sent out a technician for a pre-install measurement so I had to pay for his time and ferry cost. They could have told me what measurements were needed and I could have supplied that to them and saved two hours of labor. That was the only part of their service I wasn't happy with, but I needed the skylight fixed and they got it done.

Great work, took off three layers of old roofing. Installation was some of the best work I have seen in over forty years of house building and remodeling. They even found a problem with plumbing vent covered up by earlier contractor. In short, they are the best.

A friendly receptionist directed me to a professional named Tim who listened to my problem until he understood it. He gave me a window of one and a half days in which he said a repairman would call. The repairman, Tony, called and arrived before that window even started. He listened to my concerns and didn't start work until he understood what I wanted. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. He even cleaned up a small amount of scrap plywood for me. I was concerned prior to choosing a company based on stories I had heard from others about repairman not showing on time or not returning calls, but I had no problems with Western Roofing. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a small leak in the home we bought last spring. I contacted Western Roofing and they sent someone out within a couple days time. The roofer they sent was excellent--knowledgeable, did good work and friendly. As a new home owner I wanted to learn more about my roof so I went onto the roof too. He explained what he was doing and let me watch. He also pointed out some key information about things on the roof that weren't done properly. This was invaluable to me as I repaired this myself later on (nails had not been covered by shingles on vents / flashings so I at least put tar on them). That probably extended the life of my roof some years. I will definitely work with Western Roofing when I do need a new roof. The ONLY issue I had was that I actually sent a photo of the color of my shingles to the foreman who said he received it. However, they didn't actually match it - not even close! It's no big deal to me but I thought it was strange. Still, my overall experience was terrific and I really appreciated their quick response.

Excellent! They repaired the roof and then installed a new roof. They were careful to keep the roof covered in case of rain. As other problems came up, they gave me options about what to do. We decided on solutions jointly. I've been involved in the restaurant industry for thirty years - management and construction of new facilities. The crew that worked on my house has to be one of the best that I have used.

The price was competitive and every time I had a concern about the roof because I just got it replaced about 3 years ago, they came out the next day.

Western Roofing were supposed to have filled up areas that were leaking on the roof. But then my husband went up there about a week ago and found out that they were leaking again. So we weren't very happy.

I give them an A rating for everything and I would most definitely use them again.

Received phone call at 8:00am & was told the roofers would arrive in 45 min.The roofers arrived as was told & they completed the job in 3 1/2 hrs ( Was told it would take approx. 4 hrs. ) They finished the job, cleaned up & left.

I called, they were here within a few hours and had repair finished within a few more hours. while there, they walked the roof and inspected for any other damage or problems and determined rest of roof was perfect.

They were amazing. They did a really, really, really good job. They were very professional. They kept the entire yard and home clean the entire time they were there. I referred them to our neighbor and they used them.

They replaced a whole addition. They replaced one slope and not the whole roof. They replaced the part that was over the kitchen and not the whole house. They were all expensive. They told me what the problem was and gave me the option of fixing it all or just a part of it. They recommended that I fix a part of it and I appreciated that because they didn't try to push anything over me. When it comes to price everyone are high and the price I paid was the going rate. I haven't seen the work as yet because it was done at my rental. I have had no complaints yet from my renter yet and so I won't be able to tell.

The project went well. A couple of cosmetic details were missed, but overall it went well.

Was completed the technician arrived on schedule and left briefly and returned while on the clock. Min charge of two hrs was reasonable but final charge for three hours seemed excessive.

i called them they came out gave me what it would cost they came when they said they would and so far no proublems
