Spectacular. They scheduled the job within a day, despite the holidays, and preformed the repair proficiently. Great company whom we highly recommend!

The company demolished and removed the two old layers of roofing material and then proceeded to also replace some rotted sheeting and roof rafters. Then they laid new roofing material. They were efficient and cleaned up everything, plus they worked hard to finish this job in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

They did a good job on the roof, it was just a simple patching up but they were good.

Tim and his team were fantastic. They were professional, timely, did an excellent job, were great at communication, let us know when they needed to repair something, and cleaned up when they were done

Talked to secretary who told me the estimator would contact me. I was never called.

Overall the replacement went really well. There was some damage that was found after all the shingles were off and the guys did a great job of explaining it to us and talking through what needed to happen. The roof looks really lovely! The project took about 3 days total but were spread out over almost 2 weeks due to rain. The only issue I had was that they did not start the job when they said they would. I was told they would start on Monday but when I got home that evening, it was clear they hadn't started. Called on Tuesday and was told they would start that same day, around noon but I got home and it was clear they hadn't started. Same thing on Wednesday before the project was finally started on Thursday. Communication around when the job will actually start could be stronger. Otherwise, the crew I had was great to work with and very friendly!

It went well. The estimator was very professional and handled the process in a kind and through manner. The workers showed up with little warning, which was a bit of a surprise, but they worked diligently and completed the project in a timely manner. We had a question about the billing and it was handled to our satisfaction.

Everything went well. There was a little delay but when I called, the reason for the delay was acceptable. They came out and repaired everything on South side of the house and checked for any unseen issues. Roof looks good and no leaks. I can't complain. When the time comes for a full roof replacement, Western Roofing gets my business.

They had old shingles off and new shingles installed in one day, then came back for half a day to do finishing details. They swept up and removed all debris. I rated Responsiveness as fair only because there was some uncertainty as to when they would come do the job. We got one day notice that they'd be here.

Good price....work was done in just under two days...clean up was done, nothing left laying around...would recommend them.

We could not be more pleased with our experience. They called to see if they could start a day early and made immediate headway. They were able to put a few more roofers on our job to be sure it was complete before the forecasted rain. The mess was always totally contained and everything was cleaned up at the end of every day. We had to ask them to come check one small problem for us a week later. They had someone out here immediately and got it all resolved. They are true to their word and a quality company! I would highly recommend them!

I knew I was in trouble when I found part of my roof in the yard after the recent wind storm. I could not see the damage which meant it was on the highest part of my roof. Western Roofing had someone on site the day after my call. I expected a much long response time because of the size of the wind storm. Turned out to be a small job, but there was no way to tell from the ground. Western Roofing will get my business when I need the roof replaced.

He called the same day he was to estimate. Set up a time and arrived on time. He then looked at my roof and my skylights. He gave me the information I needed to make a decision to do the skylight repairs the same day and approximate cost. He was here approximately two hours, repaired the damage and re-installed the skylights in the same amount of time he anticipated. He was clean, thorough and very clear in his estimate. Doing business with a local company like Western Roofing was a very good decision and I will recommend them to my family and friends.

This is a company that probably has many satisfied customers. Those would be the people who were lucky enough to have everything go as planned. When we first contacted Western Roofing to replace our 24-year-old roof (which had never had a leak) I told the general manager that I was concerned about starting that week (March 16, 2015) because of rain in the forecast. He assured me that it wouldn?t be a problem, as they would securely tarp and protect our roof. He also said that the bid that they had given us would not be in effect if we waited, as the job would be much more expensive later in the spring. So, under pressure, we decided to go ahead and trust him. This was a huge mistake on our part. The rains came while the roof was incomplete and insufficiently protected. This allowed water to flood our carport attic, as well as cause damage to attic insulation, interior ceilings, walls, carpets, and flooring on two levels of our home. Probably to avoid litigation, the company did grudgingly subcontract to repair most damage (which also included an exterior light fixture which had been crushed by one of their trucks), although I was told at first that I could dry everything myself with a small space heater and oscillating fan! The general manager also advised me not to contact our own insurance agent as they wouldn?t cover any damage, which turned out to be absolutely untrue. These repairs took more than four weeks, including a week of horrendous noise, 24 hours a day, from huge blowers and dehumidifiers. Perhaps even worse than all of the damage and interference with our lives was the attitude of the general manager who, although cordial before all of this, was extremely rude to us after the damage occurred, incredibly even blaming me for not taking care of some of the damage myself. When I eventually asked the company president to compensate us for the stress that we had to endure (compensation which hadn?t been proffered) and suggested at least 20%, he gave us a token $500 discount, which amounted to less than 7% of the total invoice total. We still have an ugly stain on our downstairs carpet, which was never properly cleaned, and I?m still picking up debris from the job, including a piece of roofing thrown in our pond. The general manager also refused at first request to give us a hard copy of the ?5 year company guarantee,? saying that there was no ?hard copy? since it has always been based on verbal trust between Western Roofing and their customers. If I wasn?t still stressed by the whole debacle I?d probably find that statement laughable.

I was home during most all of the roof work. The two dogs, three cats and I survived the pounding and strangers about. I have a lot of small plants, shrubs and trees I care greatly about and the landscape escaped injury. The new black roof looks fabulous... now bring on the solar panels... Western Solar will be installing in late July or August : ) Also, I must say that Western Roofing's commercial manager Tim, the lady in the office and all the workers I met were very nice/professiional people. And you really felt like you were working with local folks.

We were on a tight schedule and they were available. They had good recommendations on Angieslist and I didn't even go out for bids because I think their price is reasonable. They did a great job. We're very happy with their work.

Carport originally was quoted a lower cost to repair. Unfortunately as they began the crew found wood rot. Tim was quick to notify me and worked with me on understanding the additional costs to completely repair the roof and structure. The crew was professional and was very quick. Overall?it cost more?but I feel it will last much longer.

I got several quotes for the job. They were all within $100 of each other so price wasn't a factor when selecting this company to do the work. What ended up mattering the most was their reputation - I talked to several people who highly recommended them. I now understand why. The crew was friendly and were very good about answering any questions that I had. They discovered a lot of damage to the roof that they were not able to see until they tore the old roof off, so they had to replace that but they made sure to explain to me what was going on and they took many pictures of the damage and showed them to me to show the necessity of the extra work. I knew that there was a good possibility of that being the case, so I wasn't surprised, but I really have to give them a lot of credit for making sure to document what they found and for being really upfront with me. They also made sure to clean up after themselves every day, which was greatly appreciated. They did zero damage to flowerbeds and plants around the house. The roof looks gorgeous, and best of all, I have no more leaks. I am truly pleased with Western Roofing and would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

The repairman showed up on time and was polite and efficient. I had kept a bundle of the shingles that had been left over from the original job that had been done by Western Roofing in 1997, so the repairman was able to use them. The place on the roof was easily accessible and the repair job took only fifteen to twenty minutes. The next day, I received a bill for $171.15, including two hours, @$75/hr., for 'labor and travel. This seemed to me to be a mistake, because it takes no more than a half hour to reach my home from Western's location and the job took less than a half hour. I was informed that Western's policy is to charge a two-hour minimum. I had not been informed of this beforehand. As far as I can tell, the 25 year warranty on the original job was worthless.

The contractor started 2-3 days later than planned and took one day longer to finish the job due to some rain as well as more rotten sections than predicted
