Mark arrived EARLY, not just on time, after first checking to see if that was alright. He assessed the situation quickly, came up with several solutions to pose to us, and dealt with the problem perfectly and quickly. He charged what we know is a very reasonable amount. We will definitely call him when we have more electrical work.

Mr.Santosuosso customer service was a 10 he was on time as scheduled. He gave a price amount and he stuck with it. He removed his shoes when he entered our home. (most in home workers don't even consider doing this) with the exception of Comcast. He finished the job in a timely manner. When the job at hand was finished he asked us if there was anything else he could do for us while he was already here. We had a couple of other questions on some other outlets he looked at them to see if it was something he can take care of and he saw that it was something he can easily fix so he went back to his home to get the correct part and brought back it was a cover for a back room light switch and kindly put it on. He did this at additional charge. Wow Never had that happen without an additional charge. If for any reason we need any electrical service or anyone ask if we know of anyone who is good and honest and backs up and guarantees his work I will always recommend Mr.Santosuosso. We were more impressed with him and his work then any of the big name companies out there in Whatcom county. I did call around and they were either rude or could not give me a price or wanted me to pay for the time when their truck leaves the yard/shop. No Thank You to them Sincerely: Glenda Muniz

Mark arrived promptly at the appointed time and gave a clear estimate. He offered to do some of the work there and then. He installed both light fixtures easily and made sure to clean up after himself. In attempting to fix our vintage light fixture, he broke the glass. It was an honest mistake and he was deeply apologetic. He offered to find a replacement glass and said he wouldn't take payment until it was fixed, which we really appreciated. A few weeks went by and he called saying he had the replacement and would call and come by on Thursday. We never heard from him. After two messages over the course of a few weeks, he returned my phone call and came by to fix the light fixture. The glass didn't quite fit and he plans on coming back. But we haven't heard from him yet. Honestly, he seems like a really honest good guy who does good work. It would be nice if he were a little more prompt about returning phone calls.

The vent hood over our kitchen stove stopped working, just no electricity to it, at the same time all of the outlets in my son's room stopped working as well. I called and scheduled an appointment with Mark, he quoted me $100 to come out and look at the problem as well as give me a quote for some additional work we need to have done. Mark did not show up at the assigned time, but called a bit later and explained he had not been feeling well but was I available later in the day. I was and really needed to have the electrical problems fixed; it wasn't that big of a problem to me that he was late. When we met later in the day, Mark was courteous, he removed his shoes, and looked at each of the problems in the house individually. He checked an area of concern I had to make certain that wasn't the problem and in about an hour had found, and fixed, the problem with the vent hood and the outlets in my son's room. The charge for the call and the work came to $150 (much better than I was quoted by other electricians) and he quoted me $400 to install (parts and labor) heaters in three bedrooms. The previous owners of our home had torn out all of the baseboard heat and thermostats so we need to re-install heat sources in each bedroom. Other quotes I have received for this work have ranged from $900-$1200 (the difference being the cost of labor - the parts all cost the same).

It went well. Responded promptly to my request for evaluation of the job, quoted accurate price for the work. Since the job was not of urgent priority to me, he scheduled it around other work he was doing in the neighborhood, but would have done the work emergently if necessary. He did the work professionally, efficiently and with minimal mess or disruption. I am very pleased with the final product.

We called for an estimate, they came out the next day and gave us a quote which we accepted. Mason came out the next day and did the work within the estimated time. He came out the next day to complete the job in five minutes by installing a plate that he did not have the day before. The job was professionally done. Mason was careful not to track in the house and left the scene as clean as he found it. We are very satisfied with the work.

I provided the equipment. He did take the packaging and boxes with him. He is great!

I purchased an older home that was only partially rewired. They were quick to get to the job, finished it in a timely matter, cleaned up after themselves, and all in all did a great job at a reasonable price.
