Perfectly. New system works well and we couldn't be more pleased. We have hired Santosuosso a number of times and have always been pleased with their work, attitude, promptness as well as creativity. Sometimes electrical work requires some ingenuity!

Mark quickly determined that no power was getting to that switch, despite the fact that power was present at all the other switches in that box. The timer was programmable because of its built-in battery. The fix ended up being easy, but discovering the problem was not. Turned out that a GFI outlet had been tripped. As a homeowner, I would never have figured that an outlet in my entryway might control my garden lighting, but such it was! Mark was personable, friendly, explanatory and very efficient. Charged me reasonably and exactly what he quoted me on the phone for the service call.

Called him up when the freezer wasn't working, and he was at my home within 2 hours, with his very able assistant, Mandy. They really hustled and got things evaluated and fixed very quickly. Did everything he needed to do, gave me advice on a couple of things that I can do on my own. This is the second time I have had this firm do electrical work for me, and they have been superb both times. There is no doubt in my mind as to who to call when there's an electrical problem in my home.

Mark and Megan came out as promised. We had discussed the problem on the phone in detail, so they were ready with appropriate materials. Everything went smoothly - they were here for less than an hour, did a very professional job, and were very pleasant to work with. I will definitely hire Mark again when I need any additional electrical work done!

Mark showed on time. Was professional and knowledgable. He worked quickly and had my new circuit installed in a couple of hours. Did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely hire him again.

When I called, Mark gave me several things to try. He came to my house within an hour. He worked fast and confidently. Also looked at several other electrical things in the house I had questions about. He answered all my questions, did his work and was on his way.

He stopped by the house in the morning on his way in to work and assessed the job, then returned later in the day to complete the task. Everything was done quickly and neatly. He is a very competent, professional, and friendly worker.

Showed up on time and ready to work. Took the time to troubleshoot several outlets to determine the root cause of the issue. Since much of the issue was from the poor work done by the previous homeowners, it was difficult to identify the issue quickly. Luckily they were persistent and creative in their thinking which allowed them to finally determine the cause. Once they figured out what was causing the short, they were quick to fix it and clean up.

Very prompt, informative and efficient, fixing problem in approx. 1 hour after quickly trouble-shooting. We definitely plan to have Mark do other electrical work for us this month.

Although his hourly fee - while in line with competitors - seemed like a lot, he literally RAN between his truck and each project and got more done in a short time than I would have believed possible. He was well worth the money - a good value. He is highly skilled, extremely professional, exceptionally tidy and very personable. I can't recommend him highly enough!

They have always been prompt in returning my calls, and timely in scheduling and completing the job. On this last job, they quickly resolved the problem, and even worked on a lighting issue I had with my new deck. Rather than schedule another appointment, he asked if I wanted him to fix it while he was here, and I was grateful to have it done so quickly. Every time I have used Santosuoso, I have been very impressed with their timeliness, professionalism, and fairness when it comes to cost. I'm delighted to have found them, and will continue to use them for any electrical needs I encounter in the future.

Mark called me back promptly and we set up an appointment for an estimate. He arrived promptly and spent time with both my husband and myself understanding what we wanted. He charged us NOTHING, gave us an estimated price and made a time to come and do the work. He arrived with an assistant at the specified time to do the work. He did the custom wiring that my husband wanted, making helpful suggestions along the way. He fixed my problem in my kitchen so that I didn't pop a circuit breaker every time I had the microwave and oven on at the same time. He replaced a broken motion sensor light. He was completely done with the work in record time. We were very pleased and would definitely have Mark do more electrical work for us.

We have an old house - built in 1950. I doubt it has seen a qualified, licensed Electrician in 30 years. As I understand it, most of the work on the house was done by a handy former elderly gentleman owner. As our kitchen is a bit dated, we decided to install a new Kohler cast iron sink, the kind with one side of the sink larger than the other and a brand new in-sink-erator to go along with it. This replaced an old, dingy stainless steel sink that also had an in-sink-erator, but had non-code wiring and a dangerous switch under the counter that was not protected against water or electrical shock. We have put up with this for the last two years since buying the home, and are thrilled that we can now turn on the sink disposal without fear of a shock. Mark came to install the new wiring and outlet as the plumber who installed our sink could not. Mark was prompt, very courteous, respectful, and immediately conveyed the feeling to me that I would have this man in my home, anytime, without worry. I work security for a living - I know fairly well when someone is not whom they appear to be. Mark is the genuine article - a gentleman, and someone who respects your home. He doesn't look around at anything but the job, and he gets right to work. He does the job correctly, cleans up, and by golly, I like this guy. I like the way he handles himself and I wish more tradesmen were like him. His work is just like the man I met today - it appears and works exactly as promised for a very reasonable price. I write this much, because I believe people like this need to be recognized. He's a quality electrician and you can have him in your home and he will do the work as promised, to your satisfaction. I have no doubt about this.

Called to schedule somebody to come to my home and move a TV cable jack. Left a voicemail and received a call back pretty quickly. Representative said he would call to arrange a time to come provide an estimate and I never heard back from him so I called another company instead.

He was punctual, competent , expedient. and tidy. I did schedule a few days in advance so that I would be first on his schedule.

My husband accidentally cut some wires while trying to install a new light fixture over his workbench in the storage room. Consequently, we had no lights in the storage room or the downstairs family room. Many years ago (decades, actually) Mark had done some work for our neighbor and when we had a minor problem, they recommended him. I was so impressed with him at that time that I put his name and number in my Rolodex. Mark responded to my call very promptly and scheduled a time the following day to look at the problem. He arrived on time, left his shoes at the front door, immediately fixed the wiring problem, and lighting was restored. He then discussed the new light fixture with my husband, determined a better way to wire it and said he would return the next day with what he needed. On his way out, we asked him to look at a a short outdoor electrical post which had bent over and had wires exposed. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and said he would also take care of that when he returned. He called the next day, apologizing that he wouldn't be able to come due to an emergency job that had just come up, and asked if the next day would be convenient. The work was accomplished very quickly. Mark is personable, efficient, considerate and dependable with very reasonable rates. There is no question that he will be our and quot;go-to guyand quot; whenever we have an electrical problem in the future.

Mark arrived within 30 minutes, and went to work right away with a sense of urgency. He was able to decipher my ridiculous symptoms (I found out I know very little about AC power) and got to the root of the problem within an hour. Then he checked my remaining outlets and even did a once-over on the breaker box. He explained to me how to avoid this problem in the future (with a $5 tester) and said to call him if I had any other trouble and he would give over-the-phone assistance for free. There is a reason he has so many good reviews. Will call for any electrical problems in the future.

He came the same day as I called him and he arrived a little early. He quickly and did the job and cleaned up all the mess. The job took less than an hour which is his minimum call time so he asked me if there was any other electrical work that I wanted to be done while he was here. Mark is a nice friendly fellow who I will call again the next time I need an electrician and would highly recommend him to others. The first electrical company I called did not return my call for 3 or 4 days. I will not be calling Lightning Electric in future.
