Description of Work: Hired to clean gutters out and do a moss treatment to the roof. Did a solid job of cleaning them. Just had some confusion when they arrived and had to come back to complete the job. Otherwise I would have given them a full five stars. Very professional office staff and happy with the job they did perform.

Looking back at the services provided for this customer the services were performed within 15 days of the original bid request coming to us. The price was reduced from the original bid because the gutters were not full. There was no communication from the customer after the work was performed that there were any issues with the services provided. I am not sure why the low score on all services but am glad you have noted you would hire us again to perform the service.

Description of Work: I hired this provider to perform a roof treatment to control moss growth on the shingles of my house and garage, plus a gutter cleaning for both roofs. The treatment plan, outlined for me in advance, consisted of first a chemical application, followed about three weeks later with a thorough roof and gutter cleaning and lastly a final chemical treatment. The delay was required to allow the initial chemicals to work. |The crew followed the plan. They were courteous, thorough, and efficient. I thought the price was a bit high, but the job was done well and I am satisfied with the result.
