Margaret's Window & Gutter Cleaning

I had moss in spots on a seven-year old roof. Margarets sent a guy out to scope out the job. I had to hire a roofer to add more roof anchors because of the steepness of my roof (for $500 not included in the amount below). Margarets applied moss killer, and came back three weeks later and cleaned the roof and the gutters.

Nice to have the work done without my needing To be on site.

What a fantastic company! They deliver more than they advertise. The crew could not have been more professional and friendly. All the windows in my house were cleaned in about an hour. Could not believe it. I will be using this company over and over and recommending them to all my friends. Do not hesitate to hire this company!

It went very well from the initial emails and phone call to the 2 young men, Reilly and Kelsey, who arrived on time ready to work. They were courteous, friendly, very quick, and worked as a team. All the windows looked beautiful and I could actually see out of them! I plan on hiring them again and definitely would recommend their services. Very professional!

Timely, fast and professional.

They were here for about a half hour. After they left the sun came out and I could see many spots that still needed cleaning. Called to complain and was told they would return. They did and my windows were cleaner , but hardly perfect, after the second cleaning.

Our condo association hires Margaret's because they are the cheapest. The first time they were out a couple of years ago the tree cutter reported that the guys were up on the roof playing around and did not do a good job. I began checking the part of my gutter that I can get to right after they are there and I have consistently found debris that should have been removed. Also debris on the roof that will ultimately end up in gutter after they leave. Also have to replace 1 or 2 downspout guards that they don't even report are missing. Last week - one month after the cleaning - I asked my window washer to check the stretch of gutter that is only accessible from the roof. He said the downspoutr guard was missing, there was a pile of debris over the downspout a a fair amount of standing water in the gutter. The one time I called and complained about the missing guards not being replaced to "Margaret" she said that is not what they are hired to do. They hire young kids who don't have any idea of the importance of gutters. I believe the condo assoc. pays around $600 or less than $30 per house. I imagine the kids only get half of that at best. No wonder the gutters are not clean when they leave. They never check the downspouts to see if they are clear. I have pictures of the state of my gutters right after the crew leaves. My idea of gutter cleaning is 1) there will be inspection around the perimeter of the house to check for signs of overflow, if gutter guards are missing it will at least be reported to the owner or the board. Seams will be checked for signs of leaking, downspouts will be blown out to ensure they are not blocked, debris will be blown off the roof so it doesn't fly into the gutter.

The crew showed on on the two days and times schedule. The pressure wash took most of a day and was very careful to complete all of the jobs and areas identified. The areas identified had not been done prior and took a good deal of time to remove the mold and loose sand. Care was taken to insure that it was done evenly and to not damage the concrete or wood. The window washers were careful to accomplish the washing even around broken windows scheduled for replacement. They cam back to complete an missed areas and provided the necessary mold guard. The gutters were cleaned of the excess room materials and leaves and appear not to leak as much as before. Provided very professional and curious service on both days scheduled to accomplish planned work.

I needed my windows cleaned and called them. The gal who answered the phone was very nice but they could not come for a month. This was for a rental and I needed windows cleaned that week. I 'd try them again if I had the luxury of more time.

Margaret's came and gave me an estimate to wash my windows. Then gave me a discount as a first time uses and as a referral from Angie's list. A scheduler then called and set a date. They arrived at the appointed time with 3 workers, and their own equipment. They removed, washed on both sides my storm windows, washed my windows inside and out and replaced the storm windows. They worked for over 9 hours. There were some windows where they were unable to remove the storms. I would be happy to use Margaret's again and have already told others of their service,

They did a fine job! I am very satisfied. Their pricing was reasonable too.

They did a fairly good job. They could have done a little better job, but I was pretty pleased with price for the job I received. It was $105 for inside and outside cleaning.

They are really great to work with, but they did make some mistakes. They scratched my window. The manager came right out and has promised to repair this error. He is having me find what kind of window they need to get to replace it. They have been very responsive.

It was good. They completed the job in just few hours. They could have been better with communication though. It wasn't clear they were done with the job. They left the first day without saying they were coming back to finish the job.

They worked out well! They are great! They weren't afraid to go up on the roof and they charged a reasonable rate. The cost was $130 for my 200 feet roof which is 400 feet of gutters. Everything about them is first-rate!

They did a good job but couldn't finish because of wasp nests. Rescheduling was frustrating to get them back to finish but did a good job when finished.
