Overall, the experience has been good.

They were good a couple of years ago, and I was very happy with them, however, last year, they weren’t very responsive. They also didn’t do a very good job, and I wasn’t happy with what they had done, so I called them to have them re-do some places; I never called them back. It seemed like they tried to rush through the job.

We really well satisfied. After the first year, they called us back in the spring to see if we wanted to continue and when; it was a nice reminder. We plan to use them again.

The service was just fine overall. They’re polite, prompt, and do a great job!

This is the first time I have used Margaret's Window Cleaning. I had my windows cleaned once before by another local window washing company and it was not as good as Margaret's. They were easy to schedule, they came on time, and the best thing about it was how fast they did the job. The windows were super clean after they finished and because they sent out about 3 to 4 employees to do the window service it went very quickly compared to numerous hours when I used a different company for the service a couple years ago. They were nice, and hard working, and they even noticed that one of my very high windows that I could not see up close had a failed seal so they informed me that should still be under warranty with the builder since my house is only about 7 years old. I'm so glad they noticed so I can get that taken care of. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing their windows cleaned. Also, I knew that I had some small areas of lichen/moss on my roof so they treated those as well for a reasonable extra charge. It's so nice to look outside through beautiful clean windows now. It makes such a difference. Don't wait?do it soon so you can enjoy the view in the summer!

They always do an excellent job. They are professional, and they're always right on time. Generally two people come out to do the work and they're very efficient. We have a very big house and they have all of the equipment they need to clean all of our windows. They call me about twice a year to follow up, and I really like that they follow up with their service.

Margaret's Window and Gutter Cleaning was recommended to me by a friend who has used the company for years. Combined with a high recommendation on Angie's List, it was easy for me to decide to contact the company to schedule work. The day following my phone call, an estimator visited my home and left a very fair estimate; I scheduled for the following week. Two workers arrived promptly as scheduled to clean the outsides of my windows and remove debris from the gutters on a two-story house on a slope. The work was done efficiently and well by workers with a professional and courteous demeanor. In addition to cleaning the windows, the screens were removed, cleaned and replaced, and at my request, while on the tall ladders, the workers examined the grout around the windows to make sure it was sound. For me, the overall experience was excellent; I will definitely schedule Margaret's Window and Gutter Cleaning regularly, and highly recommend them. It is important to me that people doing work around my property are insured, properly trained, and apparently happy with the company they work for; all of these criteria seem to be met with Margaret's.

We have a really deep roof with lots of layers of gutters that are difficult to get to. This was a challenging job and they did not complain about it all. They had the right tools and equipment to do the job right. They did a really great job. They had to come back a couple of times because we had ice in our gutters. They didn’t complain about it, they just knew they couldn’t do the job till the ice melted. It was nice that they were persistent. They were very friendly, efficient, and professional. They had a really good price. They were all just great work with. We will definitely use them again. We will also consider using them for windows as well. I would highly recommend them to others.

Cleaned gutters first, as I was concerned with rain. Then, came later and cleaned roof, gutters again, and windows. Did everything in a timely manner.

Overall, I Paul and his team at Margaret's did an excellent job. It exceeded my expectations because they also flushed my gutters and removed all the moss from the fascia around the house. It made it look like new. I would highly recommend them for any job around the house. I'll defiantly use them again.
