See above. I used the internet to communicate, and that was satisfactory. They also did not disturb anyone in the house when they worked, although they did indicate that they were here.

Both the visit for an estimate and arrival to do the work happened exactly as promised. The crew were friendly, professional and very thorough in their work. We have some very high and difficult to reach windows that others have complained about, but these guys cheerfully figured out how to do them. One set of windows have never been so clean since they were new. They have been covered in spider webs and this is the first time that they are sparkly clean. The work was thorough and not rushed. We will definitely have them again. The price for the work done was less then I have been used to.

All went very well and my windows were cleaned perfectly. My only negative comment doesn't even apply to the window cleaning, really. Two of my windows are at second story level and unreachable by me on the inside. There are cobwebs hanging around them which I wish they would have wiped away, just to be thoughtful of the fact that I had no way to reach those, but they didn't.

Showed up when they said they would. Did good work. Didn't have to wait too long to get work done. I continue to use them and highly recommend them.

They got the job done and were not that expensive. They price was good. They did take a will to get the work scheduled but they must have been busy at that time

on time, very,very polite, listened to what I wanted and cleaned one window(skylight twice) due to sun streaking. Checked a skylight that was due for replacement for me. Will use this company again for sure. Very pleased.

The price was right and the 2 young men were polite, on time and fast. While the windows were much improved they missed some spots and left some smears.

Angies list sent me some names and phone numbers. Quotes were $800 to $1200. Margarets said $200. I told them the height and they said no problem. Two fellows came out with proper equipment for that height and did a first rate job.

They were prompt....efficient....professional ....they removed and cleaned the screens and troughs they sit in and the windows shined like diamonds when they were finished. We recommend this company and we will continue using their services.

They responded in a very timely manner to every email I sent, including scheduling the estimate and the appointment. The team showed up on time, were very pleasant and professional, and did a wonderful job. Tip them, people--they work hard and really appreciate it! Overall a truly terrific experience! I will be telling everyone I know about them and intend to use them in the future without a doubt.

We use them twice a year. They were efficient and tidy when they cleaned the gutters.

I let them know in advance that they needed to let me know when they were coming so I could put my 3 dogs away. I waited around all day for them and then they just showed up at my house (without calling in advance) later in the afternoon. I asked them not to do the job anymore at that point and am looking for someone else.

From the initial contact, this company provided very good service including the washing of windows (inside and out) and cleaning of gutters on my mother-in-law's rambler house. Be sure to mention that you want the inside window troughs included in the cleaning, as this is optional. The service was prompt and the friendly worker was on time and on task.

Thr crew was supposed to come on Tuesday PM. After waiting all afternoon and nobody showing up I finally called and was told "Well, the guys ran out of time and MAYBE they can do it tomorrow . No appologies were offered. The next day three young men showed up - late in the afternoon. They proceeded to wash the windows and were done rather quickly. Did they do a good job? Not at all! By the time they left it was already starting to get dark so I could'nt easily check their work. The next morning I took a good look and noticed what a poor job had been done. Almost ever window was still dirty -fly specks, smear marks "rounded corners"and where birds had left marks, they were lessened but not eliminated. I had seen Margaret's in the neighborhood and my daughter had used them and said they were OK. So I decided to give them a try but will never use them again or recommend them. It was a very dissappointing experience.

The people were great! They did a great job, the people in the office were nice, and it was overall great!

It’s been great! We have been using them for years and they are our preferred people. They are really good at what they do and are very quick. They put things back the way they were if they are inside the house.

It turned out great! They came when they were not supposed to and I had not washed the exterior of the house, and so they came back again and cleaned the windows.

I have been using this company since 2005. They had an ownership change several years ago, but the company has not missed a beat. They provide excellent window cleaning and gutter cleaning service. There employees are always couteous and thoughtful. They perform their work quickly and they are very reasonably priced.

The two young men who came to clean my windows were on time and very professional. They did a great job, even cleaned the screens. They had to climb up on the roof to clean the the three skylights. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to use year after year!!!

We were really pleased with them. We haven’t used them recently, since I started washing my own windows. They were always prompt and did a good job!
