I called these guys out to put a snake and camera down the outdoor clean out. I knew that I had a break in my sewer line. I just needed the clog to be cleared and a camera put down so I could see exactly where the break was. I snaked it myself a week prior so I knew that it wouldn't take long. I estimated a total hour worth of work for the snake, camera and locate. These guys quoted me $800. I sent them away, but I still had to pay the $40 quote fee. I got another plumber to do it for $275, and it took an hour just as I thought. A bit of a price discrepancy I would say.

First of all they sent 2 guys out. We were told it would cost $210.00 to fix before he would even look at the problem plus $39.50 for the service call. We are used to having this type of work charged by the hour and expected the problem would take less than an hour to fix.

After using 2 other plumbers, I?ve found my plumber for life! Shane came to give me an estimate on replacing the insides of my 3 toilettes, that all started leaking at once. They?d have to special order parts. That cost and the labor for taking the tanks off to replace the parts, would cost almost as much as a new toilet. So we got 3 new toilets, the high ones. Will and Stephen helped. Shane suspected a faulty pressure valve, since the 3 toilets started leaking at the same time, and my outdoor faucets rattled loudly when they were turned on. The pressure should have read about 60, and it was 130! No wonder the problems! That was unexpected, but I?m glad Shane found it, so we could avoid future damage. These guys were quick, clean, (they put ?booties? over their shoes), professional. Shane is a master plumber, who?s willing to share his knowledge. I was very pleased with the work done, but not happy with the style toilet I picked . Our water heater , an AO Smith, went out 2 days after the toilets were put in. Shane came out and fixed it, and told us how to fix it if the same thing happened. At that time I told him the tall toilets were too tall for me. I wanted to replace 2 of them (my husband was happy with his). He did it at no cost! He said they want happy customers. Well, I am! I highly recommend Gary?s for their promptness, professionalism, and integrity.

we had the first appointment in the a.m. and he was alittle late, but called and told us. the installation of kitchen faucet was a replacement, and the hand heldshower spray was quick to install and was surprised that the price was so reasonable, but what we had purchased was pretty quick to install, the shower spray took only a few minutes. we were very satisfied.

It went fine. Our house is just on the street but their work turned out great.

The representative came out within an hour and found the source of the plugged drain. The drain was cleaned clear to the street in a short period of time. They are professional and thorough. You do pay for this great service, but it is worth it.

They do good work. They aren't cheap, but I would recommend them.

Jeremy and Kyle had to remove all the old copper pipes and lay out the pex pipe. they also had to go into my attic and under my crawl space to figure out the plan and find the water source and previous installs. While here they added 2 outside faucets, one on each side of my house. They also replaced a toliet after finding out that the 33 year old existing toliet just wasn't good anymore. They were responsive to helping me customize a new sink install. For this part of the job, they had to become part carpenter. They repaired all my leaky faucets and those that were working ok but soon to be in trouble. They put a trap door on a new shower valve so I have easy access for any future remodels or issues. Yes the job was expensive but all plumbing is expensive. It is not an easy job to be in the attice full of fiberglas insulation or under a crawlspace. In life you get things one of two way, you either do it yourself or pay someone to do it. I have done it myself for years, now it was time to pay someone else. I have no regrets. The planning of the whole project could have been thought out better but after some minor changes, the system is now in and doing quite well. We have already noticed a significant decrease in our hot water bill and no difference in the time it takes to heat the water. Kudos to Gary, Laura and Ben for making it all right.

I had a mixed experience with them. It was complicated and I think they did a good job but it was really expensive. I told them that I wanted a breakdown of the charges like materials, labor, and how many hours they worked but they didn?t do it. I monitored their hours which is why the bill seemed so expensive and so much more than I was expecting. I called and they finally did it but they just wanted to tell me how much and they wanted me to pay it. At first, they gave me a solid number without anything else. It was raining and the technician had to dig at least six feet in the mud. They were very punctual.

Great experience. normally, dealing with plumbers is like dealing with used car salesmen. but not here. great customer service, very reasonable price and professional work. what more can you ask for. they waived their normal estimate fee (the only reason i know is because i asked if the estmate would cost me and they said it normally would cost like $25 but they were going to waive it). they even called the day of service and then again when the plumber was 15 min away. i highly recommend this company.
