They came quickly and performed the work promptly even though this wasn't an emergency. They communicated clearly. The tank they used was a reliable brand. After starting, they came up against the problem that the stand for the new heater would stick out into the room more than the old one, and thus somewhat impede traffic. They worked with me to find an alternate solution that works better than the original heater placement. The tank and installation was on the high side, but within the typical price range listed on Home Depot's website.

The odor is completely gone! Shane gave me tips on maintenance schedule and how I can help reduce the mineral build up. Shane also rebuilt the tub filler. It was not functioning due to the water and I’m sure the mineral build up. Was here for three hours. Very punctual and courteous.

Gary's was very easy to work with and kept me informed at each step. They worked with the renters to schedule which really helped. Great service.

We found out we may need a new heat pump. We have 2 units so it cost a fee for each.

I requested an estimate from some Angie's list HVAC company's in my area. All were responsive and I set up appointments with others. Gary's responded that there would be a $39.50 + Tax Service Fee to have a Technician come out to give an Estimate. Just for the privilege of give me their time for just an estimate. They are the ONLY company that replied requiring a payment to just get an estimate for service. I don't care to find out what kind of installation they might offer. There are other, better Angie's List companies that don't need to charge for an estimate for their services. I will move to them. Todd

All went well. The technicians came out quickly the same day as called. They checked the situation and determined that the old unit need to be replaced. The two technicians got busy and had a new unit installed and operating in about 3 hours. The techs were nice pleasant fellows who did good work.

My water heater wasn't working correctly. The plumber quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with options for repair or replacement. I chose to replace the heater and just assumed that we would need to schedule anther appointment for installation. I was suprised and pleased when the plumber had one delivered to my house. The new water heater was delivered in the amount of time it took him to remove the old one.

Jimmy found a fan with a bad bearing. Based on that he replaced the fan, fan motor and the UV light. The 14 year old Riannaii is as good as new with a warranty!

Well it all went as planned after Gary's Plumbing's Jimmy Willand came out and investigated the situation and made a recommended course of action.

Plumbing is excellent. Something happened and there was another leak in another place and they didn't come back. I don't know how the price is because I don't know what everyone else cost. It was fine with because it got fixed, but I can't tell you what other people cost. I would absolutely use them again.

Our front exterior water spigot broke off while we were out of town one evening, and the main water to the house had to be shut off until it was fixed. I appreciated how quickly Gary's Plumbing was able to respond, and that they didn't charge extra for the after-hours call out. The technician who came to my house assessed the situation quickly and was able to clearly explain and price out all of our available options and make a recommendation. (We were in the middle of Montana dealing with a flat tire at literally the same moment I was on the phone with him, so having someone who could be efficient in explaining and carrying out the work was a huge relief to us.) The price seemed a bit steep but I don't have anything to compare it to -- we obviously didn't have time to get multiple quotes; we needed to get the water to our house turned back on. We had used Gary's twice before at our previous house and were happy with their service, so price wasn't necessarily as import to me as the peace of mind of knowing that the issue would be handled.

The receptionist politely explained that they have flat fees for each job type and that their fees include shop overhead. Their work is guaranteed for 2 years, they only use the best parts, their plumbers are highly trained, and each plumber drives a truck that is equipped with a complete stock of parts. I explained that average homeowners cannot afford their prices. Note: I recently hired a different plumbing company to replace the inside parts and supply hoses on two toilets, and their total cost was $217, including parts.

They are very good. They're on time and do a good job. They don't charge off the wall rates. If you need them, they come. With plumbing issues, you can't wait till after the weekend.

Shane did a great job, He was on his own that day, but got all of the tasks done in a timely manner. He originally thought the valves under the kitchen sink were for an outside shower that was never installed. I wanted them decommissioned. But, when he went under the house he discovered that they were for draining the house's water lines, which one might do in the winter if the house was going to be unoccupied for a while. So, he left them alone and that saved me some money. I would use this company again. They were professional, reliable, and courteous.
