Description of Work: Terry is an excellent plumber. I would not hesitate to use Terry again. He is thoughtful, professional, skilled and efficient with his time. He approaches his work as if it were his own home. He is cost conscience and seeks to provide the best value.

Description of Work: We had a problem where the washing machine was flooding the utility room on a regular basis. Roto Rooter and Mr Rooter had both tried to fix the problem but were not successful. Terry looked at the plumbing and concluded that the stand pipe diameter was maybe too small. This home was built in 1963 and since then the code has required larger diameter pipes. Terry replaced the stand pipe and some elbows etc. in addition to cleaning out lines downstream - problem solved! Excellent job and cheaper than either Roto Rooter or Mr Rooter and he replaced some lines as well.

Description of Work: Terry came to repair a broken water line in the garage after his normal business hours. It was a temporary fix until he could get back with the right parts for the job. very congenial and professional. very fair price.

Description of Work: I called Terry with a plumbing leak on a Saturday. He came over the same day and took care of everything in a very professional and efficient manner. It was like having a friend come over to help work on a project. I would recommend Terry to anyone. It was nice to have a contractor as competent and fair as Terry right in the neighborhood. I hope to use his services in the future.
