Called Terry at 7:45 in the morning because of a leak below our kitchen sink and he came by at 1:30, assessed and completed the work by 3:15. I felt that his pricing was fair, especially considering his responsiveness.

Everything went well. he is responsive. 1 man army for his company. He is upfront with his pricing. It seems expensive at first, but then it is what it is - with the market rates for good plumbers. The rest folks were even more. he does a 20% or something like that markup on materials he brings. he thought he told me so, but hadn't. Oh well, genuine slip of mind, but not a deal breaker to me. I would hire him again. Trustworthy person who doesnt cut corners to make extra money

I emailed Terry requesting his availability and rates. Received prompt reply. Terry said he would not be able to address our job "for 3 or 4 weeks maybe longer. Just for reference I charge $120 a hour plus 20% mark up on materials and tax. I do not warrant fixtures somebody else supplies."

Our tenants called us at 9 PM the week before Thanksgiving to tell us there was water dripping into the garage. My usual plumbers were all out of town! I called TM Plumbing just to see if the phone number worked so I could call them the next morning. I was surprised when Terry picked up and took the time via multiple text photos to help us narrow down the likely cause over the phone so the tenants wouldn't do anything to cause further water damage. He squeezed us in the next day to more accurately diagnose the problem. Due to scheduling issues with my tenants and Terry needing to coordinate with an assistant, he wasn't able to get the work done until two weeks later. This was fine as the tenants had other bathrooms they could use so it clearly wasn't urgent to them. Terry cut a hole in the garage ceiling to gain access to the pipes. He did a nice, clean job covering the hole with a board so we opted to just leave the board rather than finding someone else to redo the drywall. This way the pipes can be accessed in the future. The tenants are happy. We're very satisfied and would definitely call him again!

It went exceedingly well. Although Terry was unavailable, he suggested that we use a toilet auger, which was sold at Home Depot or other similar stores. Terry even sent a picture of the auger. Perseverance was required, but my husband was successful! The fact that Terry offered a solution, and even took the time to give us an explanation and picture of the tool that we ultimately used, is incredible. No charge and he saved us from having to pay someone for a costly plumbing visit! This is so unusual that it literally begs me to bring this to your attention! Thanks Terry!

I couldn't be more pleased. Efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant, high quality work, punctual, tidy, and all for a very fair price. Not only was every issue addressed in a professional manner, but he identified issues I didn't even know about and promptly took care of them. He had parts available which other plumbers would have had to order and would have delayed the project. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Everything went really well. As I remember he determined that the faucet line had got twisted during it's first installation (the faucet was not originally installed by TM Plumbing). TM Plumbing removed the faucet, and installed it correctly! Yea!!! The faucet has been functioning correctly every since. TM Plumbing was courteous, timely, professional and did top notch work.

With Terry instructions I passed the inspection with the first inspector visit. Terry was always on time, came twice to tell me what to do and then to see if it's done right. Very nice guy, great to talk and explain the code. He has great knowledge and many years of experience.

Plumber came out, looked my situation over, gave me great, correct advise and offered to fix the problem if the warranty company did not. he did not charge for the visit, made accommodations to come over on his day off. this was extremely unexpected, a great plumber who does what he says he is going to do and goes out of his way to help you out. When brennan came out to install me hvac, new hot water tank and furnace they used the same over flow tank, which was not big enough for new hot water tank. the plumber said they needed a 5 gallon tank and it need to be installed on the other side of the expansion valve. so I forced brennan to come out and do the work under warranty and it fixed the problem. plumber was right.

Terry was at my house within 20 minutes and finished the job within an hour. He was an absolute lifesafer: prompt, thorough, and professional. He has since provided consultation on projects at my new house and will be my go-to plumber for all future work. Thank you for your service, Terry!

During our recent bathroom remodel, the contractors discovered the pipes throughout our house were in very poor shape and desperately needed replacing. We went with TM plumbing on their recommendation and are so glad that we did! Terry is AMAZING, very thorough and gets the job done!! The job was done professionally and in a timely manner. Terry is very precise and great to work with and the cost was exactly what he had quoted us! We highly recommend TM Plumbing and would definitely use their services again!!

Calling the listed number he picks up with a simple very unprofessional "hello" I had to ask if the number was a plumbing service. Calling for what seemed like a simple plumping concern (bath tub facet was leaking water). His response was asking me to send pictures to maybe see of he could potentially help. In general very unhelpful and seems unable to perform basic services. Do not recommend.

Work was done with high quality, on budget, and on time. His experience with the particularities of Bellevue inspectors was valuable in designing the drain and vent system for the new bar sink. Indeed, the inspector made unsolicited comments on the high quality of Terry's work. I will happily call Terry for future plumbing work as we continue renovating.

It was perfect. It was very nice of him. He came out after hours and repaired it, and he has always been helpful when we have an emergency.

Terry came out to hook up a sink after we waited for him for a week and a half. When he arrived he noticed our hot water heater was leaking. We agreed that the heater should be replaced immediately. Terry recommended a specific brand and we went along, however, there are many more considerations, warranty, efficiency, none of which did he inquire as to our preferences. Terry stated that water heaters are big business, but we have everything here so it wouldn't be so costly for us. But Terry didn't minimize cost or time, he bought things that we didn't need, and judging by the 5 hours of labor, performed unnecessary work. He wanted to replace our perfectly good tank straps because they were weird. Terry obviously has a provider with a stock supply of one kind of water heater and makes profit buying new parts. I checked homewyse and the high end cost for replacing a mid-range water heater in my area is $840, he charged us $1171. It's a week after he installed our water heater and he still hasn't come back to hook up the sink. I guess that's not a profitable job. In terms of quality, Terry has always done a superb job, but he is not considerate of the cost to the customer.

My Bosch dishwasher wasn't draining. Terry was great- he talked with me over the phone for approximately 30 minutes, had me send photos so he could access problem before coming out. He thought my problem might have to do with the hoses being too low. He said he would check it out the next day, no charge to look. He thought that I would probably need to get an appliance repair person, but that he could fix the problem of water backing up from the disposal/dishwasher by raising the hoses. He also saw that the pipe under my sink was the wrong size and fixed a problem I have had for years with awful leaking! All of this at a wonderful low price. It turned out I did need to hire an appliance repair person but Terry to text for followup, which I did. He gave me good advice what to do next about the dishwasher. I would definitely use Terry again and recommend him.
