Terry was able to come the next day after I called him. He did the job which fortunately turned out not to be too serious. He also was helpful with ideas of other possible plumbing projects I would like done in the future. I hope to use him for those projects as well. He was more than fair with his price which I was very grateful for. I didn't feel taken advantage of at all.

I called Terry after seeing his positive reviews on Angie's List. I needed a plumber to fix a poorly installed kitchen sink drain that kept leaking (note to self - never hire a general handyman for plumbing work, even if they have good reviews on Angie's List). Terry asked that I send him pictures so he could go shopping for parts before he came - very smart. He came out and quickly fixed the drain which was installed incorrectly. He used about half the number of parts that the handyman did for what appears to be a much more efficient drain design. He also replaced my air gap which wasn't installed correctly either. Finally, he swapped my shower faucet cartridge to stop a leak. Altogether, a great experience. If only I had hired a professional plumber like Terry to begin with, I would have saved myself hours of frustration not to mention cleaning up leaks under my kitchen sink. As far as I know, Terry is a one-man show so you know exactly who is going to be doing your work. I'd definitely use Terry again. Be sure to get your Angie's List discount that Terry gives. Terry - one tip, if you're going to use your phone for business, I'd answer with your name or company name. I was a little nervous when I got a simple hello the first time I called. Small thing, but initial impressions go a long way, especially for those who haven't yet experienced the quality of your work.

TM Plumbing replaced a kitchen sink for us. I already had the parts, but was stymied replacing it myself because of corrosion under the sink. I hit up Angie's list, contact TM Plumbing. They showed up on Monday and performed the replacement admirably, and within price expectations. It all worked out very smoothly.

Terry was on time, and returned calls promptly. He listened and got the job done in 4 hours as expected.

I am a general contractor. I hired Terry for a Job we had in Redmond. Terry was professional, polite, tidy and did great work. He got along well with everyone on my crew and went about his business in a very efficient manner. The end product is exactly what we wanted. For this job he had to pull a permit and get an inspection, no problem on either front! I would highly recommend TM Plumbing for any plumbing need! All around great service and quality work at a very fair price.

Everything went well. After about 2 hours of trouble shooting, the culprit was the valve for the shower. Both the cartridges that controlled the water temperature and the diverter for tub or shower were leaking. So we ordered the parts from the manufacturer and as soon as the parts arrived he was back within 24 hours. In addition, he also solved the draining problem of our sink in the MB. Problems solved and a very happy ending for the home owner. I definitely would recommend Terry anytime. You won't be disappointed.

Terry was great, rebuilt an old outside leaking faucet. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Woke up this morning and when I went into the garage there was water on the floor and the main shutoff valve was dripping. I tried a number of simple things to stop the leak but it was clear the valve needed to be replaced. I also had an outside faucet near this area that I also had been unable to repair. After trying a number of other companies listed that weren't available today, I reached Terry at TM Plumbing and he was available to come out. He said he would be here at 2 PM and he was. Terry was great. Did a great job, got it done quickly and at a reasonable cost and was very personable and friendly. He would be the first place I call next time I need any plumbing work. Great experience all the way around.

Excellent. Terry came over the night after I called (this was non-urgent work), did a thorough inspection, and quoted me close to what the job came in for (a little over what it eventually cost, actually). On the day he arrived as scheduled, was a pleasure to chat to, and explained what he was doing and why whenever I asked. A slightly unforeseen issue one arose near the end of the day, and he offered to come back in the evening to fix it and finalize the work, which he duly did. Overall price was slightly under the quote, despite some additional travel, and he was a thorough professional at every stage. We now have a great working solution. Highly recommended!

We had a broken copper pipe in our shower from a falling accident (no one got hurt). Water leaked all over the floor so we turned off the main water pipe till we could find a plumber. I explained over the phone our situation and Terry was able to come that afternoon. In the mean while he recommended that we turn off our water heater circuit since the water may have been drained from it and could easily burn out (good advice). He was very courteous and respected our wishes to take off his shoes to protect our carpet. His explanations were clear and he was prepared and able to do the repair in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. My husband and I agree we would use Terry's services anytime we needed plumbing work and would recommend him to family and friends.

Terry came within a few days of being contacted. He was on time, and completed the job for the estimate he offered before the visit.

We also got a bid from a large company and the cost was 4 x's higher than Terry's bid. He was prompt, professional and got the job done. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone, in fact I have already given his contact information to two other neighbors. For any other plumbing issues at our house, we will always call and use Terry!

Terry came straight over when I called and assessed the situation. I had standing water in the garden and it was running over the sidewalk and into the street. The estimate he gave me was reasonable, and I ended up choosing TM Plumbing over the other two estimates I got. They arrived when promised and the crew got right to work. They turned off the water and dug a trench for the new copper pipe. The work was made more difficult because of how wet the ground was, and they had to keep pumping water out of the trench. And they were very careful to ensure the utilities in the area were not damaged. The new pipe was rolled out into the prepared trench and attached at each end, and Terry even replaced the water shut-off valve in my garage so it would be easier to use. The trench was re-filled and the ground raked so it looked like it hadn't been disturbed. I was very happy with the job they did.

My kitchen sink stopped draining. I had one plumber come out and attempt to clear the drain. They were unsuccessful, and quoted a price for replacement of the pipe in the crawl space. I decided to get another opinion, so I contacted TM Plumbing and Terry came over the same day to inspect the problem. He returned the next morning to replace the drain pipe in the crawl space and completed the job quickly. We also had him install a new in sink garbage disposer while he was here. The old one was rusting internally and Terry recommended eventual replacement. We got it done while he was here. He is prompt, professional, and his pricing for the project was significantly less than the first estimate we got. I would hire him again for any plumbing issue. Very impressed with TM Plumbing.

I called about the leak . He was on a job. But he was nice enough to do my job on his way home. He was great. I would definitely call him if i ever have a plumbing problem.

Terry was on time, polite and did a great job repairing the pressure reducing valve. I will call him again for future work.

I called Terry because he had good reviews on Angie's list. I did not know where the leak was coming from and Terry at TM Plumbing quickly located the cause of the leak and gave me a fair estimate. He came back 2 days later on Memorial Day and fixed the tub. He spent a lot of time talking with me initially and was very personable and honest. I really appreciated working with him because he did the job right, at a fir price and it looks good and he brought the jetted tub up to code by installing an access panel and there was no bs. I highly recommend TM Plumbing.

While out of town my tenant called to report a pluged drain. I found Terry through Angie's List. He was able to respond with short notice and got the drain flowing again. The tenants are happy and so am I.

I called Terry for a problem with my sink. He was able to come out that day. He gave me a quote that was at an hourly rate equal to and even below other plumber's I've worked with in the past. He fixed the problems I had and even corrected issues I didn't know existed. Even with the extra work, his fee didn't increase and he charged what he quoted. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, prompt, and professional. I'd hire him again in a second!

Simply put, this was a small nasty undesirable job. Still Terry was able to fit this into his schedule, get the part (a new valve core), and fix the entire situation. This all occurred the same day that I initially contacted him. In addition to fixing the core issue, he took a few extra minutes to bring the shower up to code by caulking the shower and bath spouts. It's crazy I had never noticed that they weren't caulked or considered that they should be. I really appreciated the extra thoroughness and professionalism. He really saved the day. I learned a lot as well.

Called the number listed - this is Terry's cell phone and he answered immediately. I described the problem, he offered to stop by that evening on his way home and I agreed. The external hose bib is kind of "funny" in that it includes a shower control (giving access to hot and cold water to fill kids' pools etc.) as well as a standard hose bib and valve. The problem was that water was trapped in the section of pipe that was between the shower control and the standard bib valve, and it was this water that froze causing the burst. Terry stopped by as planned, surveyed the situation, and suggested that since the shower control already served as an on/off valve that the hose-bib valve should be removed so that water could not be trapped here. As well he suggested adding insulation between the pipes and the exterior wall so reduce the likelihood of a freeze recurring. All sounded good to me. He estimated 3 - 4 hours and said that he would be available that Friday afternoon. That Friday morning I left the back door unlocked, he called in the afternoon as planned to confirm, and by the time I got home from work he was just wrapping up and took the time to explain what he had done. Job was well done and under budget, and I appreciate that Terry was happy to make suggestions to improve the situation rather than just fix the immediate problem. A great experience!

He was very professional in how he made the copper connections and went a step farther by adding blocking to secure the hose bib to the wall, which is why the original had failed. He cleaned up everything and he also under charged me for his time. If you need plumbing done this guy is one of the best I've ever used.

The job went great. He was there when he said he would be, was responsive and explained things well. I felt comfortable enough with Terry to give him a key and do work when I wasn't there. One additional note, I have been involved in different phases of construction work most of my life, so I can handle a lot of work myself, but I also know my limitations and I know when it pays to have a licensed plumber do the work. The quality of Terry's work is so good that it's almost a shame to cover it with drywall !!
