They had great customer service. They had a great variety. The quality was good and they were professional.

I went there and saw what they had then they sent someone for the estimates. They did a good job and the installation was simple. They came highly recommended and it looks great. The overall experience was wonderful.

I used this company to install blinds on all the windows in my house; upstairs, downstairs and basement. A person came out and helped me select colors and styles. After a few weeks an installer came and installed all the blinds. They did a great job, the blinds are beautiful and I haven't had any problems.

They have a great rep that shows you many different styles. They have great suggestions and do high quality work.

I needed window treatments for my entire home, about 20 windows including 4 skylights. I knew I wanted cellular shades for most of the house, wovens for one room, and then three rooms I was unsure about. They sent a designer, Joanie, to the house. She came in a van with windows treatments from a variety of manufacturers. We talked about what I was interested in and she brought in Hunter Douglas samples for the cell blinds. She recommended another vendor for the wovens as HD is very expensive for wovens. She helped me pick a color for the blinds. Who knew there were so many shades of white. For one room, I wasn't sure about she recommended the cell blinds. We picked fabric for a roman shade for another room and initially we were going to do complete fabric shades for the bedroom but after thinking for several weeks I decided on cells for that room with a fabric valance. Joanie was excellent at helping me pick the fabric and designed the valances and shades. My decor colors are not common and it was hard to find the right ones. She really spent a lot of time with me including two visits to my home. I wanted to give them all the business because of Joanie's work but after speaking to two other vendors learned their prices on blinds were very high. I explained the situation to them and they offered me a 5% discount. Still much higher. The manager/owner (?) got involved after that; told me they would meet me half way; asked for detailed documentation from the other vendor which I provided and after several weeks and going back and forth they gave me their final price. Because of the way they did the math we were no closer than the original 5% discount which was still $1000 higher. Because this process annoyed me greatly, I almost decided not to order from them, I felt the fabric treatments were probably quite high as well. However, since Joanie spent so much time with me, I chaulked up the extra money for the fabric treatments as a "design" expense. After I ordered, I asked about fabric for making matching accessories. The price per yard seemed high so I shopped around which is difficult since the manufacturer does not commonly sell retail. I found someone online with he exact same fabrics 50% less! After 2 months, the fabric blinds were installed and they look very nice. I liked Joanie a lot and the quality was good but the markup is very high so I am not sure if I would order from them again.

Process went well and shade arrived earlier than estimated. Found the customer service to be great! Would use them again.

Overall it went very well. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful. The blinds are beautiful and appear to be very well made. As I said, the hardest part was waiting approx. Eight weeks for the blinds to be made and shipped. But they should be on our windows for years to come, so the wait was worth it.

The in-home decorator was very patient. She never pushed any product and when we decided on wood blinds, she then told us that the cheaper one is just good as the more well-known brand. I waited about 4 weeks for my order to arrive. Once the order came in, they contacted me to set up a day when the installer can install the blinds. He was very efficient and did a good job. I didn't check the prices in other window treatment companies so I don't know how they compare with their competitors. They have a showroom where you can also see the different window treatments.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS AVERAGE AND DID AN OK JOB. THIS WAS A RELATIVELY SMALL JOB AND IT DID NOT TAKE HIM LONG TO COMPLETE. STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND ARRIVED ON TIME.

THE INTERIOR DESINGER, LAURA WAS PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND FULL OF GREAT IDEAS. SHE SUGGESTED THINGS THAT WE HAD NOT CONSIDERED. WOULD WORK WITH THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM.
