Description of Work: I've struggled to find a reliable house cleaner to clean about 2200 sq/ft every other week. After failing with Molly Maids and Cleaning Authority, I decided to search for a smaller local cleaning business. I stumbled across Sparkling Homes and gave them a chance for about 9 months. The initial cleanings were great when the owner, Victoria, was able to execute them. Then after a few months of her services, she had some of her staff take over the cleanings. This is when we started having issues with the level of quality with the cleanings. Every time I called Victoria to identify some issues, she was more than happy to fix them on her dime. Although this is very helpful, I don't like having to call to complain. I just want everything done right the first time. So after 9 months, I canceled the bi-weekly service.
