It went Great!!!

The arrived quite late--we have a hard-to-find driveway, but they didn't complain, and neither did I. The two cleaners were very courteous, asked which rooms to clean. They did a very nice job, working steadily for two hours.

They charge by the hour instead of a set price. The first time they came out, they charged me a higher price since I haven't had my house cleaned in awhile, but the next few times the price was about the same. I called the owner, because I wanted them to come back out and redue some cleaning. The cleaner who came out, couldn't come back out at that time; I asked if they could just send someone else and he told me they wanted to send the same cleaner since that house cleaner knows my home, but they were not able to come back out for 2 weeks.

Ally came early, and went to work right away. I was given as many hours as they could spare on short notice, which I appreciated more than I could say. She asked the right questions and never wasted a minute changing beds, had to work around family, cleaned bathrooms where two three year olds were being potty trained....need I say more???? People were coming and going...usually I live alone, but two of my children were here with their families and things were a bit different. However, our housekeeper didn't blink, she just asked what was needed to be done, what priorities I had and got to work. I was very pleased and will be using this service full time from now on.

They were quick to call me to discuss my needs and set up a time to clean before our party. They suggested I purchase the 6 hour clean. The two women arrived on time and went right to work. They were working so quickly that I realized they would finish early. I emailed the company to ask if I could have them work on another project if they finished early, but I didn't get a reply before the women finished. They completed the job in 2 1/2 hours (i.e. 5 hours with 2 workers) and then left. I would have liked it if they would have asked me what else they could do since I have another space that could have been cleaned.

Highly recommend! Could not be more pleased and appreciative of all the hard work performed. From the moment I purchased the Angle's list coupon Victoria contacted me within a couple of hours - what a quick response! Her team showed up on time and were the most professional and nicest women. We had a renter that just moved out and did not do a lot of cleaning...at all...and so they had a challenge. Thankfully this team rose to the challenge and went above and beyond. Now the worst rooms - the kitchen & bath - are immaculate. I can't believe they were able to accomplish so much on my list...what a time saver for us. I don't usually hire house cleaner but this experience may make me reconsider!

the cleaner did a fantastic job on our bathrooms. I've never seen our bathrooms so spotless. she was very friendly and got her work done within the hours we asked for. I will recommend this company to my neighbors.

Cleaners were super efficient and got it all done in the time I had. They were running late due to traffic but I was notified right away.

Having moved out of my apartment, I hired Sparkling Homes to do the final cleaning. Ana was right on time (as stated) and extremely fast and efficient. I would definately hire their services again. The price was right and my home was left "sparkling clean". Great job!!!!!

It was great. Scheduling was very easy. It took them a day to complete the work and they did a thorough overall cleaning.

Sparkling Homes is amazing and so is our cleaner. They have never missed a cleaning and make sure to give you a heads up if they are going to be late or if the cleaner is sick. They go above and beyond when cleaning our house and it's amazing coming home to a perfectly clean house. They also provide you the same cleaner for every service so that you have the piece of mind knowing exactly who is in your house.

Sparkling Homes Service and Christina are Amazing! I purchased the Big Deal and after the ?Above and Beyond? scrubbing, polishing and scouring tasks (and a few were really yucky!) getting my house in a spick and span condition, I felt a teeny bit guilty about the lower sale price! The communication with Victoria to set up the appointment was efficient and friendly. I can?t say enough good things about Christina?s competent skills, positive approach to everything I requested and a desire to do a job resulting in a satisfied customer. I?m looking forward to another visit from Sparkling??the perfect name for both employees and the Company!

Two cleaners arrive at my home. They were suppose to work off a list of things I wanted done. When I asked them if they had the list, they indicated that they did, but when I later asked again I realized they did not speak English. They asked me to call the office as they were putting on their shoes and leaving. None of the things on the list got done.

They arrived about 25 minutes late. I gave the owner my cell phone and said to have her call if anyone got lost. I got no call. When they arrived they said they had a hard time finding it. I only had 4 hours of their time from 10-2. I thought this lateness meant they would work later but they left at 2 anyway. Two gals for 20 minutes longer would have been more areas cleaned. Overall it went well. My house smelled clean and it felt good. I worked right along side of the gals so we could all get more done together. They got right to work, working straight through lunch. It is a tough house to clean because I have an A frame house with tall ceilings therefore the windows and sills are quite high. I brought in a ladder in case they needed it. I used the ladder to take down draperies and clean them, leaving it open for them to get to the sills. They used a dry mop type tool to reach the upper sills, but when I went up on the ladder the sills were still very dirty. I ended up doing them myself and having to re-vacuum below. I hired them so I wouldn't have to do that chore. I went over a list with the two gals and they never once referred to it to see if they had covered everything. Only one gal spoke English so I'm not sure both understood my expectations. I mentioned to the owner, before we scheduled a date, that I had high ceilings and I would need the cleaning to be done at high locations and if they could bring the required equipment to do that. I let them use my vacuum with extensions but still had to direct them to areas I was afraid they wouldn't do. I had to still clean those areas again. They never once asked any questions. I didn't want to follow after them, referring to the list. I only had 4 hours with them here so I let them do what they could in that time. Overall I'm glad to have had them come, I was able to get help for a reasonable price. I've never had cleaners before so I didn't know what to expect. I tipped them for their time because I appreciate their help. I would use them again for just general cleaning. They were very pleasant and kind.

Rebecca's GPs took her to the wrong address initially but she stayed in touch by phone with updates. She did a great job. She organized and cleaned a bedroom, two bathrooms (one had been closed off for months) and the dressing area, also closed off for months. At the end of the day, the tubs sparkled, everything was clean and she extra hard in the bedroom to get an additional end table in position. I still have a few dozen boxes to sort through and then I would love to have Rebecca come back and help with the other part of the condo. She worked hard and did a great job!

The employee showed up early and worked for a solid 8 hours. I was pleased with the quality of her work and her demeaner. I would gladly use her services again.

It went very well. Diane did a great job of working through the house. Before starting we discussed which items needed to be done since there was limited time. (Bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, floors..) She was able to accomplish everything in a timely fashion and the place looks great.

They did everything on my list except my blinds. I was a little frustrated with the slow communications with setting up the appointment. I had left a couple of messages for her to call me back and confirm but she never called me back. But otherwise it was fine. They did a good job.

Whole house cleaning special was great! Cleaner was a bit late due to problems with the address however it is difficult to find so I always tell all service providers to call for directions first. Christina listened to what was important to me for the cleaning and did a fabulous job. She had another job scheduled so another cleaner came in for the afternoon however Christina stayed beyond her time I think, to finish what she was working on. I would have preferred to have the same person stay the entire time however the cleaning was thorough and well worth the money. I will use this service again.

One housekeeper came at 9:00 am, had me walk her thru the house and immediately went to work. This is a large house and she worked steadily for eight hours. She did a fabulous job! My house is cleaner than it's been in a long time. I plan to set up a regular cleaning schedule. Great job!

Sparkling Homes House Cleaning Sparkling Homes House Cleaning, are excellent! On time, she is very clean, keeps all her cleaning products all together, folds the toilet paper, she is really neat and very, very meticulous. It is a tad pricey but, worth it.
