Very well. The cleaner was late onsite due to some car troubles, but her work was excellent. We had an old bathroom (with grubby tile) that needed a lot of work and she did a terrific job. The deal was for a deep clean and we chose to focus on the one bathroom with a light clean in the kitchen and elsewhere.

I bought an Angie's List deal for 4 hours of housecleaning for $109. I had the work done today and am more than satisfied. The woman who came to clean worked hard for a full four hours and did a very thorough job, prioritizing the tasks I was most interested in her tackling. Thank you! Would definitely call Sparling Homes again for this service.

They showed up on a Saturday morning for our scheduled move out clean. When I stopped in to check on them they were hard at work cleaning fridge drawers and the floor (2 cleaners). Our buyers and our agent expressed their happiness with how clean it was. They did a great job and it was worth it to not have to clean everything after moving all of our stuff.

Went well and they will become my regular service. Very nice and thorough.

She was slow and she didn't vacuum our main floor or clean our main bath room at all, so they are still dirty.

Two ladies did good solid work cleaning some messy areas but other services I've hired have done a more thorough job. Also they left with fifteen minutes left when we could have had more done.

Appointment was originally cancelled due to scheduled employee's illness. Management was kind enough to find a last minute replacement to keep our appointment. Terrible Seattle traffic created a late arrival due to distance needed to travel during rush hour, Employee was calm, apologetic, friendly and professional. She did a nice job getting to work immediately and gave special deep cleaning attention given to the kitchen for the majority of the time. Also, cleaned, dusted, wiped down surfaces and mopped living room and entry floors and light cleaning in upstairs bathroom. No time left for completing the requested work of vacuuming stairs and/or cleaning downstairs bathroom. Was willing to work late to make up for late arrival but couldn't due to my need to get to a dental appointment so not all work was able to be performed. Overall, happy with work that was performed and professionalism of employee.

Work couldn't have been done any better. Laura is hard working great girl and was a pleasure to work with. She immediately took care of everything we needed done. Will definitely use Sparkling Homes in future.

Even though it was a very busy time of the year, they fit us into their schedule so we could have a clean home for Christmas and were very punctual (actually arrived early). The young lady was very pleasant and followed our directions. She cleaned both bathrooms thoroughly, including the shower, toilets, floors, sinks, counters and mirrors. She also dusted and vacuumed the two bedrooms and our living room and dusted and cleaned the wood floors in our family room and kitchen, as well as cleaned our granite counter tops and stainless steel refrigerator and dish washer. A very thorough job in a very short period of time.

She was very nice and worked hard. Accomplished what I asked and even got a few other things in. I was very happy with her work.

The service was super easy to work with and responsive with scheduling. The cleaner arrived on time and discussed priorities to assure my satisfaction. Diana followed my requests perfectly and was super easy to work with. I plan to use their services regularly from now on! Very pleased with my experience.

Scheduling was easy. The cleaner arrived on time. We had purchased a 4 hour deal and usually it takes 2 hours for a cleaning crew of size 2. The cleaner did a good job and cleaned very well. But by the time 4 hours were done there was still a few rooms that were not yet cleaned. Overall though still give an A for the attention to detail and cleaning well.

It went well. I asked them to clean behind the oven and refrigerator but they forgot. Everything else was done very well.

Person who came to clean was running late, and we had to contact the service, but she did ultimately arrive and was able to complete the job. We found it to be done well and professionally, and they took the information and suggestions of what we needed to have done and did them to our expectations.

Arrived on time, energetic. Not sure if contract was for 2 folks, but she move through the 1,000 foot condo and deck quickly. A bit more care about the cleaning agent for wood flooring could be used --a slight film was left on the walnut wood floor. All of the closets were buffed and dusted and items were put back in place.

Allie is my assigned housekeeper, and she is very polite, helpful, professional, punctual, and in short, fantastic! All requests were not a problem, and the clean job was performed in a very thorough manner. Even my landlord commended on how clean and spotless the unit look after that. I would highly recommend Sparkling Homes and will enjoy working with Allie again.

SPARKLING HOMES - Victoria El-Zarif Bellevue WA What a fantastic business! I?m not a regular client ? just ?shovel out? the house a couple of times a year and I still receive A+ service every time! When I called in June for a last minute Company?s Coming for an Open House Top to Bottom Cleaning I was helped immediately and scheduled for the dates and times I requested. Everything was perfect! Vicky called ahead to remind me, brought a vacuum cleaner and supplies, did everything on my scribbled list and more! When she left the house it was completely clean in every corner, every counter and every cupboard. I don?t know how she does so much in 3 hours ?she is wonderful! A couple of weeks ago I had new windows installed and the installation crew didn?t cover furniture,floor, etc. What a gigantic mess! There was a fine coat of grainy dust covering every inch of the house from the ceiling light fixtures to the floor behind the toilet. Vicky vacuumed and cleaned it all in only 4 three hour shifts. She started by vacuuming the ceilings, walls, doorways, etc. in each room, washed and polished ALL the furniture and kitchen cupboards, individually cleaned over 300 books, scrubbed and waxed the kitchen/dining room floor and even folded the towels I left on the table! Thank you, Vicky ? I can breathe again!!
