Description of Work: Good while here, however, the cleaning products they used did not hold up at all. The shower and toilets did not maintain a clean surface for more than a few days. Other cleaning services have had much better results. The girl that came was very pleasant. Don't remember date she was here

Thank you for this review! We always try to take responsibility for anything that could have gone wrong on a job. Unfortunately in this case it was just impossible to meet expectations. With a whole home clean plus the request to clean out the inside of the fridge and do closet organization, more time would need to be purchased to get all of that done and done to standard. We would recommend going over that on the phone prior to purchase so that, when the cleaner comes, there are accurate expectations of what we can do in the time purchased, and the opportunity to purchase more time. Description of Work: 2 ladies surface cleaned for 2 hours, they were pleasant and efficient. I would have appreciated a more thorough vacuuming as we have a white dog that sheds and clumps of fur were left in places.

Description of Work: It was for four hours of deep cleaning: 2 1/2 bathrs, kitchen, loin dry rooms mobbed, 1 bdrm, livingrm vacuum, dust etc. she said she was done everything in 3 hrs. I had a knee surgery so I believed her and did not go over the cleaning to check. There was no mopping the bathrs, no cleaning the toilet bowl seats, no cleaning of the sinks, no mopping of the loin dry room at all and no dusting in the family room and the bedrm. |I thought this is what I got for $99:00. I should have known better. I am more fuss appointed in Angie's List

Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning the areas I asked them to. They finished early, so in the future would like to have them utilize the full time paid for instead of working as fast as possible for areas initially discussed. The service is for hours worked not services performed. Just a little call out. Would use the service again if they commit to working the full time paid for.

Description of Work: Vicki and Maria cleaned for 6 hours and I have never had a more thorough cleaning by any company. Every inch of the chest of draws were polished, and they vaccumed under beds and pulled furniture out and dusted where it really needed it. I was very pleased.
