Description of Work: Our four our exterior door locks (installed by our general contractor) were difficult to use and poorly installed. We had Security Safe and Lock "do their magic" on the locks. All work perfectly and we could not be more pleased. They were professional, obviously knowledgeable, on time and under their estimated budget.

Description of Work: I actually had them out twice. Once to add a new deadbolt to a door, and to rekey the whole house, and then again to replace the deadbolts on all the other doors. Did a great job, and fast and clean.

Description of Work: I had one deadbolt changed out and upgraded, one handle lock changed, and one deadbolt added to a door where there was no lock. Aaron called to let me know he was on the way and showed up within the preset window. He was profession, courteous and did an outstanding job. He cleaned up after his work was done as well. I have already scheduled to have more work done.

Description of Work: Had a key broken off in mobility scooter, which he got out. He then fixed our front doot handle on his way out at no charge, just being nice. Since my partner is diasabled, we needed the scooter to function and they were prompt. And went above the norm to fix something else for her. Its been so long though, I can't remember exct date, his name or the exact cost.

Description of Work: Had a scheduled appointment between a 2 hour window. Took time off work to be there. After 2 1/2 hours, I had to call them to find out what was up. They said the tech ran a little long on last call. They never called me to let me know aht was going on. I had another appointment to go to so they wanted to know if I would reschedule for the next day. When I told them it would have to be based on the time I selected, they said they couldn't do that and it would be another 2 hour window. They never offered any kind of accomodation, discount or if they could send someone righ out after I got back from my appointment. Poor customer service.
