Fast, Early for appointment, efficient and professional. Price exactly in the ball park of what I was expecting and it was competitive. I am quite pleased.

Description of Work: My front door latch wouldn't press all the way down, so it wouldn't open. The serviceman quickly looked at the door handle and latch, and then unscrewed it from the door. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He reassembled the door handle. It works great. The total time was about 15 mins.

I used this company in the past, about 15 years ago and both times they provide excellent service, and clean up after themselves so you never know they were there, except when you try your old key in the lock, that is. :)
