Description of Work: Came to my house and replaced the windshield professionally and quickly. I thought my insurance would pick up the entire cost and when I called them I told them so. They got back to me after contacting my insurance carrier and scheduled an appt. They never mentioned a price and didn't say I was wrong. I told them again that my insurance would pick up entire amount. After installation they gave me a bill for $350.00! A big shock! They should have told me I had only a $350 deductible. Very upset, but the service was great.

Description of Work: Penny size windshield crack on a late model RX 450H. Fixed by Safelite the very next day. Good and professional service. Now can only see a very tiny shadow, if you can see it at all. Most insurance co recommends Safelite in Seattle area. We have high insurance deductible so this was self paid.

Description of Work: Replaced cracked windshield. In addition, cleaned entire glass inside and out, vacuumed interior and gave us a can of glass cleaner. Paid $100 deductible.

Description of Work: I used Safelite Autoglass for a crack in my windshield, and had a very good experience with them. I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday, and even though I was late they were very friendly and accommodating. I paid the deductible and they took care of the insurance billing, by arranging a conference call with me. All in all it went quickly, easily and the windshield is as good as new.
