Went great! Arrived at home and finished under an hour

They did it on time, I haven't had any issues. It hadn't really rained, so I can't say whether it is leaking or not, but it certainly hasn't so far. It was good. I didn't really shop around on the price, so I don't know. I would use them again in the future. I do like that they do a lot of these, so they seem to know what they are doing. Also, I screwed up and missed the first appointment and they were fine, let's just reschedule. They were very cool about it.

Service was generally good except for cleaning up the broken glass in the rear of the car. Cut my hand on it and then saw all the broken pieces they left behind. No one from Safelite has called to follow up on my complaint.

Very smoothly and quickly. The staff and manager were responsive and friendly--very nice experience.

While I have used these guys successfully in the past, I now see they have been pricey for the quality of glass I got. Also, with this current experience, I showed up for my appointment only to find out that the new glass had not come in yet. They had not called me in advance to tell me that, and they couldn't tell me why it wasn't there or when it would be. I made an appointment elsewhere, where I got OEM quality glass for a slightly lower price than Safelite had quoted. I won't be going back.

We use Safelite as they work with our insurance company so it makes it a smooth experience. They initially replaced the glass with the standard replacement they use, but when I experienced problems with the window as it tracked up and down the Lexus dealership said it was due to it not being factory glass and that they showed me the rippling/bowing of the glass causing it to rub and not seal quite right. When I went back to Safelite they took care of everything, contacting State Farm for approval to use the OEM glass, ordered it, and replaced it all in short order. When I had a nasty noise two or three months after replacement, I popped in and they said not to worry, went out to the car and cleaned out the door panel where fragments had worked their way from inside the frame (common problem with shattered windows). All has been good since. Very good folks to work with, from the front desk to the technicians. They also filled some chips in my windshield.

It was for my grand daughter. The problem was the response time. They weren't available in a regular time. We paid for it because she have good enough deductible. They charged extra for coming out but we took it there. It wasn't done on time, it was done later in the afternoon. The quality was good. I expected a little more responsive service but maybe they were busy and have a lot of glass being replaced. She had a side window out. She is a student and wouldn't be driving around with the side window out. They did put a screen over it. I have used them before and I had a good experience. They responded and came to my house. Our car had the same type of thing. Timing could be the big issue. I would use them again in future, give them another chance.

Work was fine, once the proper glass was ordered.

They said they could fix the mirror on the phone but the technician said that she could not do it when she got here.

It turned out okay but they put the mirror in the wrong place.

The rubber piece that sits between the top of the glass and the body of the car dips down.

The first time they came out they did not install it right.

Overall it was an excellent experience. I used their website to schedule the service and it was very well formatted. It asked for information on my vehicle, my insurance information, whether I wanted to have the work done at my location or theirs, and provided time options to get the work done. I opted to have the work done at my home and a time was available the following morning. They provided a window of 8 to noon. I fully expected the usual, an arrival about five minutes prior to the end of the window. This was not to be. I immediately received an email confirmation. Later I received an email from Stella, the technician, advising me that she would be would be doing the work and provided me with contacts in case I needed to change anything. The next morning I received a text message saying that she would be arriving between 9 and 9:30, followed by a phone call saying she was on her way. Stella was very professional and completed the work efficiently. I also opted for new wiper blades which she installed. Later in the day I noticed a thank you card in the vehicle which said she also vacuumed the carpets and cleaned all windows. She also provided me a spray can of window cleaner. Needless to say after this experience I highly recommend Safelite Auto Glass.

They came out to my house to do that and that was a real plus. Their service was excellent.

They had the best inclusive price and the final price was posted on their site. I wished I could give them an A++. I drove to them, they met me at my car and it took them only about 30 minutes.

While this started out a bit rough, in the end Safelite proved to be an excellent provider with strong customer service and reasonable pricing. I needed to have a cracked windshield replaced and scheduled an appointment. The phone scheduler ordered the wrong part and I wasted some time and had to come back for a second appointment. However Safelite made it right with a significant price discount to compensate me for the lost time. Their service was excellent and the new windshield looks great. They also transferred by WA DOT transponder and a dealer sticker without me having to ask. Very professional.

I have 2 cars with rock chips. I simply wanted to schedule someone to fix them. I was on the phone for 20+ minutes for just the first car (they wouldn't schedule both cars at once). I had to listen to them negotiate with the and quot; third party insurance adjusterand quot;. I asked who this person worked for and was told and quot;a third partyand quot;. It all sounded quite staged to be honest. I finally hung up after 20 minutes of no one being able to schedule the appointment without all of the and quot;showand quot;. I was not about to be on the phone another 20 minutes to go through that again for car #2. complete waste of time, and it felt more like buying a used car than getting a windshield fixed.

Everything went well. They are pretty nice. They did good because they were able to take me on and get in me right away.

Within 40 minutes of the call to Safelite my son and I were driving home with our rearview attached.

Was so impressed with the service. I made an appointment to have the work done in the Bellevue shop but then they mentioned they would do on-site service. It was so convenient to have it done at my home so that I didn't have to fight traffic. Evan (Tech ID 1804-539) went the extra mile. He washed all the exterior windows and vacuumed the vehicle.

We used the online feature to schedule our appointment to have someone come to our home to replace the windshield on our Honda. The appointment windows were not very specific, but we were flexible and this was being done at our home, so we did not mind. We were advised the service would take about 90 minutes and then the glass sealant would need to cure for several hours. This was an insurance claim, and we have no deductible for this kind of service, so I was surprised when the tech showed up and told me the cost (about $315). I explained this was a claim, which I had indicated when I submitted online, and it turns out that there was a step in the process with my insurance company that my insurance agent did not explain to me. The tech gave me the number to call, explained exactly what I needed to request, and then patiently waited while I called and got the insurance squared away. He did not waste time, doing all the prep while I was working with the insurance folks. He checked for a Go Pass, and made sure the glass was correct, etc. I then handed him the keys, and he got right to work. In about an hour, there was a knock at the door, and he was done. Not only was the new glass exactly as it should be, but he has cleaned out the car to ensure no glass was present where it shouldn't be. The tech was very polite, professional and provided me with details on what it do if anything happened in the future with the windshield since they provide a guarantee. He once again advised me on the time to allow the glass sealant to cure, and said not to take the car to a high pressure car wash for at least 24 hours. Overall, the service went as expected, and the tech was a very nice, professional guy. I would recommend this service to others who need glass replacement.
