Green House Plumbing and Heating

Wasted 15' of my time gratuitously providing my contact info only to get an unwanted lecture about whether it might be "free" estimate or "remodel fee."

Work was done quickly and efficiently and I'm very happy with the results. The plumber was very nice and offered to answer any questions I had, and gave some great advice for future work I'd like done.

went great. we have a new intake, can use the closet and the new intake doesn't whistle. all the work was sealed, they put down a runner to keep debris off the floor and cleaned up when they were done.

Perfect- arrived on time and the work was completed quickly.

He arrived a few minutes early and was done in an hour. He also checked a slow drain and showed us the reason, and told my husband how he could remedy it.

Very well, clean and profesitional. Fast job. Even added the pad under the tank for extra protection to meet the city code at no charge. Very profesional approach. Was very happy with the service.

Only one person came out so couldn't move the stack to get behind to fix. So they didn't charge me but found out the problem for me

The cost was $165, that was with a coupon. They gave us a $35 discount. I thought they were helpful with what they did. They showed me what some of the issues were with my furnace, and what might need to be repaired. They gave me ideas about if I want to replace my furnace to think about getting heat pump. They tried to explain, but due to some language issues, they suggested that I do some research online and get some research that way, so I did.

Navid was very punctual, polite and professional. He was clear that my faucet would need to be replaced, but access would require draining and removing my gas water heater. He advised we wait to replace the faucet until we need to replace our hot water heater and instead repair the faucet as best he could. He did this and was clear there were no guarantees. He recommended we try not to use the faucet if possible and be careful not to over tighten it. I would hire him again. In fact we have scheduled their company to come tune up our furnace. I used an Angie's List coupon for $29 off plumbing service.

The first plumber we called didn't do outside work. The second didn't call back. Navid not only responded to our call right away, but he came out the next day (on time) and took care of the repair promptly and professionally. We would definitely use Green House again.

This is the second time we have used GHP. Both were small drain jobs, but we were very pleased. They were prompt and efficient. Will call them for any other problem.

Navid replaced the faucet. All went well. Good work in a timely manner with high quality.

Navid was able to be on site with us within 45 minutes from the call to discuss the issue and make suggestions.One was to call our septic tank service to see if the tank needed to be pumped. He said if the tank was ok he'd return and continue his work. The tank was inspected shortly after, and declared to be operating normally. They also confirmed there was a blockage in the house. I made a return call to GHP who said initially Navid couldn't come until early the next morning (Sunday). However, shortly after, Navid called back and said he'd be able to get to our house within 45 mins . After his second arrival he was able to confirm the blockage and clear it with his snake. During the whole of this time Navid was very helpful and clearly told us ahead of time what the bill would be for his service . Our experience with GHP was excellent from start to finish. Their response was fantastic and they demonstrated a high level of professionalism at all times.

The communication was great from the start. they are extremely professional and polite. they had to push back one day due to snow, but called before they arrived and worked for several hours. Kamri, who is working with Omid was very nice to work with and he explained what he and Omid were doing and asked for my approval before doing the final placement install of the controls. they cleaned up and took care of the work space while they were there. we had one minor hiccup, the main cartridge for the new valve was installed, which caused the hot water in the house to not work correctly. When called both Omid and Navid came out and and troubleshot the issue until it was fixed. I have dealt with other plumbers in the past and Green House has been the best experience so far.

Second time I used GHP and both times exceeded expectations. Very prompt honest and friendly. They always take the extra time to complete the job with highest quality and within customer expectations. Great work!

Navid and Zimi found the problem and fixed it. They were professional the whole time. They kept me updated with costs along the way, so there were no surprises. Very professional, great care taken during their work.

Completed the work within a few hours. I've used them in the past and the work has always been great quality. However, the price was a bit high. $2800 to replace a water heater is a bit steep in my opinion. But I guess it was same day service so it's a wash. The water heater was an AO Smith just for reference.

Great, fast, efficient service. My call was answered by a person. The technical was out in an hour. Other plumbers were calling me back the next day! Amid was very kind and took time to explain situation and options. He was clean and quiet while working. They use a price book so not much flexibility in cost, price about middle of the road.

They were awesome. They were so good. It was a crazy, difficult project but they did an amazing job. Their honesty stood out to me. I really trusted the advice of the technician and I'm really glad I did. They actually broke a mirror in the house when they were installing. The guy was like "We'll take care of this." They really followed through with that. They really went above and beyond. They were the cheapest. I would totally use them. I would totally recommend them. It's hard to find good plumbers and they're great. I would definitely use them in the future.

Called Saturday morning and gotten service the same morning! Omid was punctual and professional. Would not hesitate to work with them again!

Gama and Zimiri came to the house. The did a good job of evaluating what was wrong. They fixed everything pretty fast and explained the pump to me. I'd never owned a house and so when I bought it and the pump was in the always on position - I never questioned it. This it turns out was a bad idea. They cleaned out the cartridge instead of replacing it. It works and so that was a cheap alternative. Everything went well, but I didn't check the work. The dish washer's valve had been shut off and not reopened, so I thought they'd broken the dishwasher. The valve is somewhat hidden and I didn't see it upon trouble shooting myself. The next morning Gama came out since he was in the area and fixed it in 15 seconds. Thanks for that. It should have been done in the first place, but he made the effort to fix it and I learned to always check everything more closely before the technician leaves.

Everything needed to be redone by someone else. This was the second time I had them come. The first time I had Navid and he was excellent.....no problems.

They send Gama (the technician) to come over to my house and he said he will charge me $165 to go into the crawl space to see what works need to be done. I was not informed about that charge at all when I made the appointment and told him to leave because I will just find other plumber. He was reluctant to leave and asked me if he can peek into the crawl space and then told me that he will drop the charge. It was $165 to $0 within 5minutes ?!?. I went to Green house plumbing angieslist page ([*** Link removed ***] after the guy gave me the quote for the work and found that the description said "No Charges to come in your job site, free estimate." as of i'm writing this review.

Great! I called on Friday evening. They were unable to do Saturday, but Monday morning at 10 AM on the nose their service man came, replaced the old water heater, performed a couple of safety upgrades, cleaned up and was done in about two hours.
