We had a great experience with Carpet to Go, from ordering through installation. Timely, professional, great quality. Our new carpets are superb. My only complaint is that the installers put the doors back on with the latches in the wrong place (the doorstop should be at the bottom of the door, not the top). Minor oversight and not a huge deal. Still highly recommend Carpet to Go.

They were helpful from the moment I stepped into the store.? The sales rep was very knowledgable about the variety of carpeting they carry.? I told her what I was looking for and she steered me to a special they were having on a level higher quality than we needed for the price we wanted.? They touched base with me on the timeline and followed up to confirm.? The delivery and installation went off without a hitch.? They were also tidy and did not mark up the freshly painted walls.?

It was an easy process. The people came when they said they were going to. It?s a good selection of carpet. It?s not a high-end carpet, but it?s noticeable. It?s hard to comment on their price because I didn?t do a lot of shopping. I used Angie?s List as a reference for other people?s experience.

Showroom people helped me select a high quality sheet vinyl that has the appearance of 12" tiles (peruvian slate by Armstrong). The installer arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Looks great. No errors and he helped finish out a few extra details.

A hardworking team spent the day at our house. They were reasonably careful about moving furniture. They did a good job of installing the new pad and carpet. They did a great job of putting carpet on the stairs - much better than the previous installation. They removed and replaced doors where necessary to make installation go smoother. They responded the next day to the few minor issues we had and resolved them to our satisfaction.

The Sales staff in the showroom were helpful, showing us samples and helping us determine our preferred choice of style and quality. The measurement appointment and installation in our home were both punctual and done in a courteous and efficient manner. Overall we are very satisfied.

We needed the work performed to create a sturdier surface for a wheelchair. Carpet To Go was able to finish the work in less than a week which was fantastic because it was a lot of work and was ready in time for the wheelchair access. They are very accommodating and when they did not have a specific type of carpet I wanted they found a great alternative to use. The workers were polite, clean and quiet and also did a great job at the clean-up.

They were really easy to work with, came to do the work on time and really tried to help us save money with the carpet that we chose.

We had a very good experience with them. As we were recarpeting our home in order to sell, we were interested in keeping costs down while getting a good looking product that would show well during sales and I told their staff that right up front. They didn't push us to purchase higher cost carpet. They searched for examples of lower cost carpet that stll looked good. The staff member we were working with got ideas from other staffers and we eventually ended up with a product we are happy to have - one that many builders are using in this area. Interestingly, the needed square footage estimate from them was significantly less than one provided by another carpet dealer. They were on time with installation, the crew was courteous, and they did a very professional looking job. They cleaned up nicely afterward. I would definitely use them again.

The overall experience was very good. The sales lady was very knowledgable and gave us a lot to consider. They had the best selection of remnants of any other stores we visited.

A friend of mine referred me to Carpet To Go after I told her I had another company out to bid for this work at my home. My bid from the other company was $16,000 which seemed somewhat excessive. I was in a hurry due to the damage to my home and was about to go with the other company before I decided to give Carpet To Go a try. I ended up saving thousands of dollars as well as getting what I feel is a way better quality of carpeting for my rooms. The sales gal at the store was helpful and friendly and all the installers (two for the carpet and one for the hardwood) were on time and professional. There was a minor glitch with the transition of the wood to the carpet that required a second trip out to my home, but that didn't seem to be an issue and there were no additional charges. I was even more pleased when I got a phone call from the store a week later to make sure that everything was good and that I was happy.

At the time of the purchase the sales person confirmed that the carpet was in stock and then scheduled a date for the installation. At the time she told me that we would receive a call the day before to let us know when the installer would arrive (within a time range of an hour). They called when they said they would and the installer arrived 15 minutes into the one hour window they had given us-he worked steadily until the carpet was installed and did an excellent job (the seams are not visible).

I found that they were very helpful in the store in trying to help me find the right product. It was all very low pressure. I would recommend them and use them again.

When I scheduled the installation, no one informed me that I was supposed to have brought the flooring in from the garage the night before to acclimatize it to the room s temperature. I learned this when Gary, the Carpet to Go installer, arrived at my house that January morning. Did he decide to go ahead and glue it down before it was up to temperature? I ll never know for sure since I left for work and left the job in the hands of the professional. But here s what s been happening since: Air bubbles the size of my hand appeared in the vinyl within a few weeks of installation right in the middle of the room s high traffic lane. Gary has returned three times to fix it since March, all without success. Following the most recent fix (end of June), within 6 hours a spongy bubble appeared where an air slit had been previously cut, but the adhesive application had not held. I think this latest attempt at a fix has permanently damaged the flooring. Gary used a heat gun on it, and while it does not appear melted, the affected spot feels like the vinyl layers have delaminated and adhesive is trying to exit outwards through the skin of the vinyl. Pity I don t have the picture I took of it here with me. It looks and feels amazingly like a boil. But I'll be sure to post it later if I can. As mentioned, the two prior attempts at repair were less damaging but also ineffective. The air bubbles reappeared mere hours after the first attempt, and the cut edges of the second repair buckled and popped up before the initial 3-hour "don't walk on it" period had even expired. Add to that that this process has been ongoing for nearly six months now, including two missed appointments for which I also had to take time off work, I'm finally ready to call it quits and stop letting them waste my time. Please don't waste yours by hiring them.
