CARPET TO GO

We were looking for vinyl flooring for our kitchen remodel. We wanted something in stock since we were on a deadling. The staff was very helpful but not pushy. They provided multiple samples so we could take them home and make sure they worked. We decided on an in stock pattern that we hadn't seen elsewhere. I had been looking for something that did not look like tile and they had quite a bit of selection. They accommodated our date change for installation without any complaints or extra charge. The install went relatively smoothly. The installer was slightly delayed but stayed later than expected to finish the work. We did notice an air bubble shortly after installation that made a popping noise when stepped on. I meant to call but never did to have it fixed. The problem has resolved on it's own. Very happy with the floor and the entire process. I would use them again .

Clients of mine wanted to sell their home within a certain timeframe. The home was very well maintained overall, yet the entire daylight basement area had carpeting that was a bright color. It was also badly stretched. This made the very large lower level very unattractive and unappealing. I needed to find carpeting that was cost effective, of good quality and that could be installed quickly. Carpet To Go was fabulous! A team of people helped find options that met my criteria. We found a lovely product, in stock, which could be installed in a mere couple days. The installation team showed up promptly and did an amazing job installing, especially around the edges where carpeting needed to cover a cement edge encompassing the entire room. Thank you Carpet to Go! The home sold for full price and within the required timeframe.

Tom and Paul at the Shoreline store did the sales side of the project. We started the purchase on 10/31/11 and signed the deal on 11/5/11. We needed to get the carpet installed for a big party on 12/10. Tom was able to get the carpet shipped in so the installation was completed by 12/2. Tom's estimator showed up as scheduled and completed the estimate in about 30 minutes and we signed the deal a few days later after we talked to some of their references. For the carpet we had to remove all the furniture in the room, which it was a pain. Fortunately the installers showed up on time Thursday and completed the carpet installation, and moved the appliances. A different crew showed up later in the day to install the kitchen floor. The tile installers came back on Friday to grout, and then came back the next day to move the refrigerator and range back in. I was worried about moving the appliances back over the new floor but they did it perfectly - no scratches on the new tile. There was a problem with attaching the waterline back to the refrigerator but Tom took care of it very quickly. I would definitely do business with these people again.

Carpet to Go were really good. They had a great selection and on top of that they had a great gentleman, who I think might be the owner, who helped guide me by telling me if I was looking for this type of carpet here are the different choices across the price points. Which I thought was really helpful instead of selling me the most expensive. I ended up picking the most expensive, because that is just how I roll. Their installers were really, really nice. Told us well in advance when they would be there and showed up on time. I was very happy with that.

We decided to go with a greener alternative to vinyl to replace our kitchen and bathroom floors, so chose linoleum. The sales person at the store was knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions, helping us choose samples, and working up a preliminary quote. The installer did a beautiful job - told us how long we could expect it to take, was sensitive to inconvenience us a little as possible, cleaned up after himself and even took away the old toilet. We love our new floors!

At the store, Jason was very helpful but not pushy and overselling for my needs. The installation was efficiently done with superior clean-up afterwards. My follow up questions were addressed quickly and a call was made to check on my satisfaction with the entire project. The job was done perfectly, no need for stretching, adjustments, etc. Pedro is a skilled craftsman finishing my stairs, in one area with one side open, and they are a work of art.

The project was just completed this morning and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! We have dogs who live in the house and wanted flooring that could be cleaned easily and thoroughly. We had laminate flooring in mind but, when I went in to Carpet to Go - Lake Forest Park store and outlined what we needed to Tommy, sales associate, he explained that laminate flooring was not a good choice under these circumstances, as it can be damaged by spills that are not immediately wiped up. He suggested sheet vinyl, which I had not considered at all. When he started showing me samples, I was surprised how much vinyl had changed since I had last looked at it! Tommy was very professional and knowledgeable and, in working with him I developed confidence in the company. I went through the process of taking samples home and made a selection - a beautiful wood-look vinyl from the Duality Maple Collection. Scheduling went very smoothly and Carpet to Go accommodated my time frame. The installer who came to do the project was communicative, prompt, very personable, professional, and extremely capable. He ran into some unexpected surprises when he took up the original floor in the bathroom - there had been a leak that we didn't know about - but he demonstrated great expertise in doing what needed to be done to remedy the sub-floor so that the installation of the vinyl on top could be done. My experience with Carpet-to-Go gets an A+++. I am so happy that I selected them to do business with and we are so very happy with the results. We priced carpet and installation at several firms around the Seattle area. Carpet To Go were conveniently located in Bellevue, and they allowed us to take home samples at different times to decide on the correct color. When we placed the order, they arrived on time and the installers were excellent. They were efficient and friendly.

The staff at Carpet to Go is very friendly and informative. We learned a lot about different types of floors and shopped around a lot. We ultimately went with Carpet to Go because we had previously used them to install carpet in another part of the house and they had the best price. We had some frustrations with the company they hired to install the floors. We had to level the floors which was an additional $1200 we hadn't anticipated and it took them three attempts to get the floors level enough to install the wood. We were without floors in our kitchen hallway, living room, dining room and office for more than a week during this process. We're very happy with how the floors looked but it was a frustrating experience dealing with the installation and could have been handled better. We talked to the staff at Carpet to Go after the fact and felt better about the whole experience. We would probably use them again if they had the best price.

We had a great experience with Carpet to Go. They were very helpful in getting our job done quickly, picking out a quality carpet and pad and answering any questions we had. They didn't try to up-sell us on anything and stuck to our budget fairly well. They worked quickly to measure our space, order the carpet and get it installed. The whole process took less than a week and we are very satisfied with the end product. I would definitely use this company again and was very impressed with their service, quality and professionalism.

Carpets to Go installed new carpet and vinyl in my rental condo. They had excellent service and pricing. I saved over $2,500 with them as compared to another bid from another company that I received. They were able to offer me different price and product options, which the other company did not even try to do. The prep for the vinyl flooring took longer than originally estimated and they wanted to add another day to the install. My schedule didn't allow for an additional day, so they were able to get everything done within the original timeframe. The flooring installer worked well into the night to get this done for me, amazing customer service! I highly recommend them!

Professional and exceptionally helpful start to finish. Didn’t try to upsell, but gave exactly the advice I asked for. Friendly, punctual, accommodating. If only ALL businesses operated this way!! They were great.

I went to the store to choose a carpet and took samples home. I wanted to have the work done within a short time frame so they provided samples from the companies that would be able to deliver quickly. Within a couple days, they came to measure, I choose a carpet and the carpet was ordered. They called me as soon as they knew when the carpet was supposed to arrive so that we could schedule installation. The actual installation happened 3 days before I expected so I was pleasedThe installer arrived on time and did a fantastic job. The quality of their work was great! They moved most of the furniture for us and were very careful. Cleanup was excellent.

I don’t remember how much we spent. I do remember that their prices were good and their service was outstanding. So we were very happy with them. They were on time and they met all of their commitments. They involved us in little decisions that had to be made along the way. I thought that they went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. We also had the same quality of help in picking out a carpet. So we were very pleased with the actual installation and with the quality of help. We had no hassles with the quality. We will use their services again in the future.

Their prices were good and the installation was great. The sales person at the store did a good job, too. I choose them as their service at the store was very good and they were timely. They contact you in case they would be late and the quality was okay. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I visited their showroom a few times to select carpet for two of my bedrooms, and then went to the two big home stores to compare quality/price. One store didn't seem to sell carpet of that quality, and the other could not come close to the price. The Carpet To Go staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. On one of my trips to the Carpet To Go showroom, I noticed a wool remnant that would work well in my soon-to-be home office. I explained I'd like to buy it, but that the room was full of the furniture from the two other rooms and still needed to be painted - so they held the wool for a few weeks until I was ready to have it installed. Both sets of carpet installations went well, they removed the old carpet & pad, swept up the remains of the old carpet pad, replaced some of the tack strips that were in poor shape, and installed the new pad & carpet. After all three rooms had been done, there was only one small chip in the wall board that needed to be touched up, much better than I had been expecting - I had been warned by others that there would be lots of scuff marks.

I was able to do all over the phone. They were understanding and supportive. They emailed me some things to look at. They made contact with my tenant, stepped up and did a great job. I would use them in the future.

Would definately use again! This for a home I was going to rent so they worked with me to keep the costs down. I didn't want anything fancy. I showed them the type of carpet I liked and they told me they were getting in a new roll next week that would be less expensive than the one I looked at "could I wait?" You bet! For my bathroom floor - same deal. they took me to their remnant wall and found a peice that would work color-wise and was large enough. They were knowledgeable, honest, fair prices. They installed the carpet while I was away on vacation and I came home to a beautiful rec room! If I had known it was this affordable I would have done it years ago.

They installed carpet, we needed it on a time frame, they did a great job getting us what we wanted in a rush order.
