One word describes the service we received from this company and that is "excellent". Dan and Sam were punctual,Dan explained services and gave us a very reasonable price for the work to be performed. Our windows and skylights looked wonderful and all work was completed in a timely manner. We were very impressed with this company and have now scheduled regular service with them.

As always, Dan was meticulous. Before doing the roof, he took photos of the it so I could seen what was needed. He did a fantastic job getting the needles out from between the shakes, blew out the gutters, noting that one gutter was tilted the wrong way. All debris from both was cleaned up. As for the windows, he did the outside while his assistant did the inside. All the screens were carefully removed and replaced. Dan made a final inside check that all the screens were secure and windows sparkling. Great job, as always!

John came to wash my windows and screens. He was delightful and did a fantastic job. He even was ahead of schedule so called if he could come early. He cleaned my windows inside and out and cleaned the screens and reinstailled. My windows look wonderful. The price was extra as they were never before professionally cleaned and were really dirty. This is the first time we have used this service and we were very happy! Our old window cleaner was booked out over a month and Affordable Window Cleaners were able to schedule us right away. They do a bid on-site and can do the work the same day. It was a team of two people and they were very professional, were careful about drips on the floors (we have a lot of hardwood floors), and did a great job cleaning the windows in and out, the screens and even cleaned the window tracks. Pon Kith was very knowledgable about windows and even showed us a few places where the previous window cleaners left scratches on the window by using a blade. We are in real estate and will definitely recommend them to our clients.

The guys were on time, called 10 mins before hand, were friendly and went over price beforehand. Did their work in a timely manner with good clean up. Very professional.

Dan happened upon the scouts washing their holiday window painting (free service the scouts provide) and jumped right in free of charge and helped us wash several businesses windows on a Sat.

All windows inside and outside were cleaned by a crew of three men, as well as two skylights on the roof. The owner was one of the three crew members and he did some training while the job was being done and was meticulous about every window. This was the third time I have used this company and will continue to call on their services in the future.

He arrived promptly and did an excellent job with everything! He does the inside first, then the outside. When finished, he comes back in and checks each window, touching up if necessary. Concern is with doing an excellent job!

Scheduling was easy. When they arrived, they gave me a full quote. The work was done efficiently and they protected the carpet inside while they were working. They wiped up all drips on the outside, as well. They worked extra on some hard water spots. They gave recommendations on how to keep the screens in good shape, etc. and they recommended cleaning two times per year. The quote is exactly what they charged. The young man who cleaned the windows was a college student who has known the owner of the company for a long time. He was delightful, and will do well in life!

They are good and reasonable. They clean my windows both inside and outside. They do a good job even though it is very difficult. There is no problem. They are very clean and don t leave the mess around. They come on time and are punctual.

They're estimate was better than other window cleaners we'd seen and they were more thorough. They ended up pricing the service below the original estimate. We will definitely hire them again if the situation presents itself in the future.

They were very punctual and cleaned up well. They made us aware of some thing to help us with maintaining our windows. The workers were very informative. The owner and a couple of the workers I personally had contact with were easy to work with and communicated well. I have used them since this job and continue to be very happy with their work.

I had to wait two weeks for an appointment, but I figured that meant they were popular. They showed up exactly on time (lack of punctuality was why I "fired" the previous company I had contacted) and completed the work in the estimated time frame.

Good service and experience with this company. I telephoned for information and was scheduled for an appointment within 2 weeks. The serviceman provided a written estimate at the appointment and, by the company's policy, performed the work the same day. The serviceman called prior to appointment time to advise that he was running late about 30 minutes late. The cleaning took about 4 1/2 hours to complete. I was satisfied with the quality of cleaning. Serviceman took exceptional care to ensure that my carpet, floors and walls were kept clean of soap and water. The only surprise concerned the pricing. Although the bottom line price was competitive with a bid I had gotten from another company, Affordable Windows charges a 20% surcharge for cleaning if the windows have not been professionally cleaned within the last year. Prior to departing, the serviceman walked through the house with me to point out items like hard water spots that were difficult to clean and windows with broken seals.

He did an excellent job, considering we had just had our roof cleaned and stained. The windows went from really dirty to sparkling clean on the outside. Water stains on one set of windows were given extra attention with special cleaner, and they are clean for the first time in years. He explained which window seals had failed and options (let it go or replace windows). I plan to call them for 2x/year cleaning, which should cost even less.

Dan shows up on time, does a great job, is trustworthy and a pleasure to have in my home. Dan is always accommodating and helpful in trying to keep the price down. The only problem is he is so good that you need to schedule way in advance.
