Description of Work: Not easy to work with. Misleading. Wouldn't work for the amount of service I purchased. Asked him to fix a leaning tree and he said he would have to do a lot of additional work. It was like he just didn't want to put forth the effort.

Description of Work: Cut down trees. Cleaned up the debris. No one could have done a better job at a most reasonable price. These men are experts at what they do. I recommended them to others, who just as pleased as I was with the quality of their and a great price.

Description of Work: Bill Sutter and his team were outstanding! They were very open and honest about the condition of the focal trees. They performed the work in a timely fashion, and did thorough clean up when they were done. I would give them my highest recommendation, and would certainly use them again!

Description of Work: I called the provider and the conversation went well. He showed up promptly as he promised. He did an investigation of my trees. Instead of the work I was asking him to do, he suggested that we remove two big trees in front of my doorway, which will incur significant cost. I've used other tree services before and none of them has ever suggested me to do that. He quoted me $1200 to prune four trees. I had other services did similar jobs with less than $600. Overall, I was left a very bad impression of this provider. I think he's more interested in overcharging customers than offering descent service. Based on that, I would like to cancel the service and have my deposit refunded.
