I was really pleased with Jesse's professionalism and his work.

Professional, good experience. Called 10 or 15 mins before he got there. Worked quickly and diagnosed the problem. Fixed to our satisfaction.

Jesse also advise me that given the age of my door, the springs will need to be replace in a couple of years. Also, I asked him to plan on replacing the weather seal on his next call to my residence.

Service was excellent and have had no issues with the work weeks later. I would highly recommend this company. A plus.

Jesse was on time, and did a thorough garage door inspection. He showed me where the problems and potential problems were, and recommended a new spring system for the door. He didn't have all the parts, but was able to get the correct length for the rollers. He installed the new system and thoroughly tested it. He provides a lifetime parts and labor warranty for his work. I was very pleased with the quality of both the materials and his installation.

Overall the technician was knowledgable, on time, and professional. Having him come back to replace the springs and install trim around the garage door. Good expierence.

I signed up for a "Big Deal" because I was experiencing excessive clanking from one of my garage doors. I didn't call Jesse immediately since I had several other things going on at the time. After about a week, I received an email from him stating they hadn't heard from me and wanted to know if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I responded with a couple of times and we settled on today at 9:00 AM. Jesse was punctual and very professional. I described what was wrong, he informed me what work he was going to do and he went about his work. I told him to go ahead and replace the rollers on the second door as well. He offered a couple of pointers on effective maintenance of the doors and he was on his way in a little over an hour. I am totally satisfied with my entire experience.

3 heavy garage doors had gotten very noisy. Springs were tightened so motors wouldn't have to work as hard and lubricant applied. MUCH less noisy and should preserve motors for doors. I also asked for programmed garage door opener. This was done and was placed where I wanted it and programmed for me quickly. Instructions left in case I need to reprogram. I asked if Jesse knew about programming my car's homelink system and he offered to program it for me for all my doors. This just took a little while for him but was pretty confusing for me! Jesse called and scheduled me quickly and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I felt the price was reasonable, given all the work he did.

The garage door was not closing properly, called and Value Garage Doors responded timely, same day as scheduled. Springs needed to be replaced and a decision was made to completely restore the door with the restoration package. Value Garage Doors was professional, efficient, and answered and addressed all my concerns. I was extremely pleased with the work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jesse, the provider, arrived precisely on time and was very knowlidgeable about garage door opertions and will to advise me on what I could do to maintain them. I had purchased the original work from lAngies' Big Deal and after observing the orginal work I asked for quote on additional doors. The quote was quite reasonalbe so I had him do the additional work right then. I am very happy to have Value Garage Door on my list of provider for future services.

Jesse came out to bid a few weeks ago on framing and installing a new door in a studio. Based on his professionalism, helpful attitude and willingness to do whatever it took to make us happy with our selection and installation, we were really expecting an unreasonably high bid. I researched the company, read the reviews, and from what I could tell, either they're really good and strive to do the best they can, or they have a bunch of paid shills writing the reviews. Happily, it turns out to be the former. They showed up early, cheerful and prepared. They got to work immediately, and worked without pause for 10 hours, framing, repairing, asking questions and pointing out workarounds when they had issues. They did an absolutely fantastic job. The door looks incredible, functions perfectly. The price was reasonable, the estimate was almost spot-on.No need to look further for a good Garage Door company - they do it all, quickly and efficiently, at a good price. When they left, the whole area was cleaned, vacuumed, swept. They left no construction footprint, even after tearing out a wall and putting in a great looking door. His advice really paid off, and we couldn't be happier.I wish I could give more stars. These guys were absolutely fantastic.

The owner, Jesse, is very knowledgeable and professional. His prices are very fair and competitive. I first had him come out to fix my lift cables that had lost tension. However, I was warned that it's likely to happen again because the bearings in the cable drums were shot, which he could tell just by listening to it. My garage doors are 24 years old so I was already on borrowed time. When the problem happened again a week later I had him come out and apply his restoration package, which replaces all moving parts except for the automatic opener - so spring, cable drums, rollers, etc. He was very prompt and able to fit me in on short notice. We are very happy with the quality of the repair work and highly recommend Value Garage Door Service for this type of work.

I had him come out and he gave me a few options on how to fix my door. After chatting with him awhile I decided to purchase a new door.
