Looked around the internet to find a local Garage repair company. Came across Value Garage Door Service. Called them made a appointment and they.were able to meet my need to have someone come. Gannon was assigned to come by. Outstanding technician. Came by and.replace bottom door seal for both doors. Friendly and professional. Gannon had some.time afterwards to look at my neighbors garage door and make recommendations to solve her problem. Outstanding service both the cpany and technician, Gannon. Would recommend them to all.

He was promot in email responses, scheduling a time, and arrival. He took care of the job quickly, was informative, and very professional. We will definitely use him again!

I phoned on a Thursday and got their voice mail. I left them with my contact information, location and a description of what needed to be done. Because of no response, I called again on Friday and left the same message. I still have not received a response. I live just a couple of miles from his address. I went with another provider who returned my call in a timely fashion.

Very well! Ben was very helpful to us in selecting the "right look" garage door and hardware to replace our aging, plywood door. He was thorough and efficient with the whole job. Plus he was MORE than patient with our 6 1/2 year old grandson who continually asked him questions: "why do you work on Wednesday?"

Called to have garage door serviced and was told l would be called in 2 hours. 4 hours later called again for update and again no response.. Was contacted the following day around 1P.M. and no longer needed service, Was very disappointed as their reviews were very favorable.

Jesse came out for a free estimate the same day I called. He went directly back to his office and emailed me estimates of the two options we had discussed. They had a cancellation the following day and were able to do the installation then. Brandon showed up a little early to begin removing my existing doors, since the new ones were not ready to pick up yet. He then went to pick up the doors and returned to complete the job. He was finished in time to get me to my 4 PM appointment as promised. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship of this company. I am rating the cost as NA because I really didn't shop around to compare, although I really don't think it was excessive. I was given a discount on the price of the opener as an Angie's list member.

The service was done quickly, and without any hassles. I'm really happy with the service, and would definitely call them again for any future garage door needs.

Excellent service and work provided by Value Garage Door Service from start to finish. Jesse was very friendly, easy to work with, and very competent in his work. With the old garage door opener; I could hear the garage door open and close in the adjacent room to the garage. With the new garage door opener, I can honestly say that I cannot hear the garage door open and close anymore. I will recommend Value Garage Door Service to my friends.

The door was properly lubricated and the key pad was serviced and now works well. He was courteous and professional. He arrived on time, was courteous and took time to show me exactly what he did, explain how to open the door if no power was on, and left the place clean.

Months later he finally responded, came out to inspect the defects and agreed to correct them. Several weeks passed with no response, until he came out to make repairs, roughly in January of 2015. He repaired the door seals, but could not repair the damaged insulation panel because he said the factory had sent him one of the wrong size. He said it would take "about 5 minutes to fix" if he had the right part. Since then he has not responded to repeated calls and emails by myself and the general contractor. If he doesn't fix this pretty soon, I will get a bid for repair from another door firm and sue Value Garage Door in small claims court.

Everything went well. They were very professional and on time. They were very honest with me. They got the job done in about 2 hours. The scheduling was fine and I had no problems.

It went " smoothly" just like the door. jerry was very friendly and informative. Had that door down and new one up in no time.

Our experience has been 100% positive. He did not charge for a trip to our house when the fix was a simple reset over a year ago. This time when we needed a repair Jessie came out promptly and we discussed also installing an opener. We ordered one but changed our mind. He was very kind about the change and worked with us in setting up a date for repairing the spring. He was prompt, dependable and willing to work within our time schedule. We are senior citizens and we really liked how Jessie and Jerry treated us.

Ben was great. He arrived on time, installed the new opener and explained the features. He left the garage clean and took away all of the old mechanism.
