Perfect, would absolutely use again

Jesse was punctual, polite, very efficient, and accommodating. He was able to accurately diagnose the problem over the phone and gave a decent estimate. He wasn't pushy about selling me everything under the sun, even though we have an older garage door. We will be contacting him again when we are ready to update the door, and we will be recommending him to others. He did a great job!

Jesse and his crew were fabulous. They arrived on time, worked diligently until the entire job was finished. They completely cleaned up every scrap of trash, down to the last screw! The new garage door looks wonderful. On top of all that, when the door began to "act up" - not going up all the way then the button was pushed, Jesse came right out at and fixed it -- it now works like new - and there was no charge for his work! He was very professional and very fast. He was very knowledgeable. He promised me that he would put in a quiet one and he did. It is a lot quieter and doesn't even rattle any more. He did a good job. I had a question and called him a week later and he was very responsive to the call. I liked the service I got. Everything he promised came true.

My first phone call to schedule an appointment didn't go well because of a phone malfunction on my end. Subsequent phone calls didn't work either. I found email worked best. I received an email response the same day. An appointment was made after a couple of additional emails. The provider arrived on the schedule date at the specified time. He performed the service described in the big deal. He asked a few questions about the over-all condition of the door. There was no pressure or salesmanship pressure to purchase other parts which was appreciated. This is the first big deal I've purchased through Angie's List, and will definitely consider others.

Oringally purchased coupon for roller replacement and reconditioning for one door and was so satisfied that I had Jesse do the second door. Very pleased with his work. i am considering replacing the garage door openers and will use Jesse's service for the project.

Arrived on time and explained the plan for the day. He went straight to work and on completion explained all components for operation. The door opened and closed so quietly, it was fabulous.

The job went extremely well. The garage door runs as smoothly as I hoped it would and an annoying bang was fixed when the track was straightened. Two previous garage door installers chalked it up to lack of lubricant. I plan on using Value for additional work.
