Value Garage Door Service

Jesse came out and quickly discovered the problem. He fixed the loose wire. He didn't charge us even though it was quite a trip to our home. We've used Jesse on two other occasions and he is very good at repairing garage doors. Very professional and reasonably priced for our other repairs. Call him - you won't be disappointed!

I am so pleased with the whole experience. Jesse rearranged his schedule to accomodate mine. He replaced my horribly noisy, dysfunctional garage opener with a wonderfully silent one. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and did not do any "high pressure speak." He was extraordinarily efficient. His price was incredibly reasonable. I cannot praise him highly enough and will recommend him to my neighbors, friends, and aquaintences.

He was prompt and professional, answered multiple questions (I know I'll need to replace the garage door opener eventually) and even attached a cord to the opener and showed me how to work it if the electricity was off.

Scheduling was excellent. We needed to reschedule at one point and that worked for us. The techician was competent.

I called Jesse on a Sunday night at 5:00pm. I was a little anxious because my car was trapped IN the garage, and I really needed to get to work at a reasonable time on Monday morning. I wasn't expecting a speedy call back on a Sunday night, but Jesse did call 20 minutes later. He agreed to be at my house at 8:00am the next morning. And, he was. Jesse was articulate in his explanation of the mechanics of the garage door, and given the life span of the parts required, the price was extremely fair. He charged me $350 for replacement of the double springs and the bearings on both corners. My door was fixed in one hour, and I was barely late for work. Great service. He happened to be close by when I called and popped over and took care of the problem. Delightful service. Really! And I am fairly critical so trust me on this.

Everything went very well. The guy was right on time when he came out. He did exactly what they said they were going to and worked very efficiently. He was also nice enough to tighten up the opener button on the wall. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
