Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our services; that is whether you had a good or bad experience. Unfortunately, it sounds like the value in the service that was provided was not what you were expecting. I'd like to start out by mentioning that this is the busiest time of year for us; scheduling and punctuality is where we often fall short:( We have demand for many appointments per day, and sometimes we have to schedule out a couple weeks- this is something we are working on. But, I must say, as far as the maintenance on the door; I would not want to make a claim that our $89 tune-up is going to make a door run 100%. Often times, we will perform tune-ups on doors that are 20+ years old, and have rarely or never had maintenance done. If this is the case, many of the parts may be on "borrowed" time, and general maintenance may not be enough to eliminate all the noises that a door can make. A garage door is often used over 5 times per day- and over 20 years, this is over 30,000 times! There is a lot of work involved with making such a large, heavy object up and down so many times. And over that time, there may be significant wear and tear. I sincerely wish we could have made you feel like you got the value out of your purchase. We would certainly be willing to give an $89 credit towards a repair needed in the future if that would be something that your're interested in. Again, thank you for your time.
