"Alexsey and his crew were absolutely amazing. He contacted us promptly, came out for an estimate quickly and got us into his schedule when WE needed it done (before move in). He was nothing but exceptional in the customer service side of things. Let’s now talk about his work- this was better than I could have ever imagined. I sent him a picture of the hardwood stain I had in mind and he matched it to a T. He wanted to make sure it came out how we wanted it vs what he thought would look good. He found a spot where flooring needed replacement which was very necessary and was able to replace them in the same time frame he gave us originally. He sent picture updates daily and kept us in the loop. His pricing was VERY fair, had another quote and they were about $3-4 more a sq ft and they were even impressed by his estimate. I will forever have AVA construction do our flooring and have recommended him to everyone I can think of. I still am in awe over our floors!"

"Everything went very well. There was a slight hiccup with measurements or something, causing an adjustment in timeframe and material. It took a couple weeks longer than originally planned, waiting to see if the original hardwood flooring was still available, which it wasn't. It wasn't a huge deal, and I wasn't particular about what was used; just wanted a floor. Thankfully my husband was home when they came to do the job the first time and told them no, don't put anything down until you know there's enough to finish the job. Otherwise, they would have had to tear up what they put down and start over. Overall, I'm pleased with J&B and would hire them again."
