Alexsey and his crew were absolutely amazing. He contacted us promptly, came out for an estimate quickly and got us into his schedule when WE needed it done (before move in). He was nothing but exceptional in the customer service side of things. Let’s now talk about his work- this was better than I could have ever imagined. I sent him a picture of the hardwood stain I had in mind and he matched it to a T. He wanted to make sure it came out how we wanted it vs what he thought would look good. He found a spot where flooring needed replacement which was very necessary and was able to replace them in the same time frame he gave us originally. He sent picture updates daily and kept us in the loop. His pricing was VERY fair, had another quote and they were about $3-4 more a sq ft and they were even impressed by his estimate. I will forever have AVA construction do our flooring and have recommended him to everyone I can think of. I still am in awe over our floors!

Wow. We are very impressed with the quality of work that Aleksey did for us. We had numerous planks of vinyl flooring that had to be replaced. Not only did he do as we asked he noticed other planks with problems and fixed them too. Reasonably priced and quality of work was outstanding. Great job!

Aleksey did an excellent job with Acacia hardwood flooring of home. I was planning to do nail in installation, but he advised me that we should do glue assist with nail-in due to the bigger size of the plank for code. He has been a pleasure to work with and the flooring came out beautiful. Aleksey did the job considering my budget situation and did a very high quality installation. Especially around transitioning to tile floors he did a fantastic job with raising the edge so the height matched perfectly!. Flawless installation, pleasure to work, and right on time! He exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend AVA construction for your flooring needs.!

Aleksey was a dream to work with! Immediately responsive to come give us a bid, and really clear communication throughout the whole project. He was super patient and helpful to explain all the details, his recommendations, next steps, etc. He finished faster than expected and quality was totally top notch, even went above and beyond to repair some unexpected issues that were uncovered in our home (as there always are!). From start to finish everything went exceptionally well. Aleksey of AVA Construction LLC. is excellent. Not only is he a skilled craftsman, he is a man of great character who you can trust. Our rustic white oak solid wood flooring was made to order by a third party. Unfortunately, production of the flooring was delayed on a couple of occasions. When I called to update Aleksey of the flooring delays, he was always positive and quick to adjust his schedule to make our job a priority. Once our flooring from the third party arrived, Aleksey allowed for appropriate acclimation of the product and then got right to work. Aleksey was punctual, hardworking, and put in full days of work. His communication was excellent, he answered questions we had, and he addressed any concerns we had with the knowledge base of an expert. Aleksey pays close attention to detail and strives for perfection in his craft. No corners were cut, I’m sure of that. In fact, I watched as Aleksey went above and beyond to make our flooring look great, exceeding our expectations. Aleksey stayed on budget, with no surprises as it related to project cost. I will recommend AVA Construction to anyone I know in need of new/refinished flooring. If the need arises, I will absolutely use AVA Construction in the future, but I truly believe the floors he installed will last a lifetime. WOW. Cannot say enough good things about Aleksey! My husband and I attempted to do our vinyl plank flooring on our own and it turned into a disaster. From the min I found Ava Construction online, it was a great experience! On time, communicative, and did a **** good job. And honest! Which is very important. I’m obsessed with our floors and can’t stop looking at them. Can’t wait to hire him for more of our home projects. You won’t be disappointed working with Aleksey and Ava Construction!!

They did an outstanding job. They showed up when they said that would and worked with us to determine the desired stain color and finish - actually putting some samples down on the floor. The work was finished when they said it would be, and the finished product is excellent. Highly recommend, and would definitely hire again.

This is the third time we have used AVA Construction. First time Aleskey refinished our floors in the kitchen and entry way. Excellent job. We later had Aleskey install hardwood floors throughout the downstairs. Aleskey did an amazing job. This time we had the upstairs completely done. Can't say enough about the quality of work. Alexey did an amazing job with our floor. We recently purchased a home with beautiful real hardwood floors but had never been refinished and had many deep scratches, gaps, and water damage. Thanks to Alexey, it looks brand new again. Now let's talk about his work ethic..he was always on time, respectful, & meticulous. He hung plastic to block off rooms from the dust, and taped off carpeted areas and left our home clean with minimal dust. He was our first call and our last. We were so impressed when he came to provide us with a free estimate, we hired and paid him on the spot and he started and finished the project within a week. He is beyond trustworthy and would definitely recommend him and hire him again in a heartbeat. Thank you Alexey for a job well done!

Aleksey was a great consultant before the job started, noting where we would need molding and how many square feet of flooring to purchase. During the job, he and his sons were on time and were very efficient and professional. They were faster than expected and did a very, very professional job. We are going to do some more remodeling next year and will ask AVA to do the flooring there too. Fast, dependable and efficient. Excellent company.

We need to change flooring in our family and kitchen area that have three different flooring including tile and carpet. Ava construction company in team did a great job of not only removing the flooring that was old they also need to repair walls to make sure that it looks clean been done.the team did a great job of putting the new flooring so it looks continuous with flooring that we have in our living room. The team was always on time, very professional and extremely hard-working. Their cost estimate was very fair. We picked them from 4 quotes we received. From the time Aleksey came to do the estimate to the clean up after the work was done he was focussed on getting the job completed as one would want. I enjoyed working with him and his team.

It went very well. Initially Alexey was asked to replace flooring, but when he saw that additional repairs were needed, he said he could do them as well. I had used Ava Construction twice before and was delighted they could help. It was a pleasure to work with Alexey and his two helpers, both named Timothy. They were completely reliable, hardworking and courteous. I would highly recommend them. I am very happy that they helped restore my home after it was damaged by water and mold.

We hired Alex to refinish the hardwood floors in our living room and dining room. He also replaced a section of the floor that was water damaged and had large gaps between the boards. The finished product is beautiful! The new section was expertly woven in. Alex was on-time, professional and even finished the job ahead of schedule. We would definitely hire him again. I just bought a home with very scratched hardwood floors and was in a bit of a time crunch to get them refinished before I moved in. Aleksey not only gave me a fair quote for the work, but was able to start work the same day. Aleksey and his team worked so hard to bring my old oak floors back to life.
