My septic pump alarm went off. I had no idea about septic tanks so I deferred to Angies list for help finding a local repair person. I made a phone call and was told over the phone what the possible problems were and estimated prices. I called late in the afternoon and was told they could respond the following day and how I should handle the problem in the meantime. If they could get to me sooner, they would. And they did! They showed up after 5pm and immediately diagnosed the problem. The problem was with the float and the pump within the tank. A 15 minute repair completed the job and they were finished within an hour after inspections. I was very impressed! I am very satisfied with the work done and the fact that they came out after hours at no additional charge. I will be using AAA Septic Service from now on for any further needs. I have had them out several times. They have come out and pumped our septic system twice. They were really good. They seem like a small family-owned company. They were really conscientious about doing good work and on their price. They cleaned up after they were finished and made sure everything was like it was before they got here. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Fabulous service! I needed to know if the septic system of my house was functioning and didn't even know where the tank was. They located it, dug down, opened both tanks and inspected the system. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They were on time, friendly, informative and just great.

overall well. We never had a septic inspection before. The lady who set up the appt. didn't inform us of the fee. So, it was kind of a learning experience.

Outside of minor problems in scheduling it went great. Everything was completed and they were gone within an hour. They were incredibly pleasant and helpful.

They arrived within the time window. They were very nice and thankfully found no problems, not even a suggested pumping. We have a grinder pump and he did let me know that too much tp was being used which would cause it to overflow and need to be pumped. He said use less and it shouldn't be a problem. Time to talk to the kids. They were a great company to work with and I will call them if we have any problems in the future. They also gave me an Angie's list discount. Very nice.

He worked with me on the billing - not too many businesses do that now a days - gave me 30 days to pay. I would definitely do business with him again. I would recommend him to anyone.

The operator arrived on time to the job site. He worked in an efficient manner to locate the septic system and completed the required inspection in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the way he cleaned up the area after the inspection. Dirt was replaced and smoothed out nicely. I would highly recommend this company for your septic system service. An Angie's 10% discount was subtracted from the $115.00 service fee. This made the actual payment $103.50. Previously, Ted-Dee Bear Septic completed services at my home. They left an awful mess of my lawn and charged much more!

Arrived on time. He had to remove quite a bit of dirt to find proper opening. He did so and opened septic and inspected it. I filled it back in and reset a loose brick patio section that had to be removed to find correct opening.
